Muy mala experiencia el paquete llego destrozado y la pipeta reventada . He solicitado el reembolso de ml dinero y el chat que tienen no responden.

Fiz uma compra on-line de um produto no site da Petdoctors e recebi um produto diferente de Gama e preço inferior. Informaram que iam enviar o produto correto e voltei a receber um produto de gama e preço inferior. Para este segundo envio disseram que houve um update e seria a nova versão. Portanto, no site existem produtos que não correspondem á realidade. E ainda tenho de aguardar não sei quantos dias para o reembolso do valor. Não recomendo.

I really appreciate the super fast delivery of the Seresto collars. They did not come in the tin, but they were still properly sealed, work 100%, and were a bit cheaper than anywhere else. Thank you!

Ik moet eerlijk zeggen, ik had mijn twijfels. Maar de anti vlooien-/tekenmiddelen zijn geleverd en met een ruime houdbaarheidsdatum. Levering duurde bijna twee weken, maar als je tijdig besteld is dat geen probleem. Kreeg wel veel mail, 15 stuks voor deze levering!

Dishonest return policy. After returning the product, the store does not refund the money and even charges an additional return fee. The money can only be recovered partially and exclusively in the form of a voucher for future purchases at this store. In my case, they should have refunded 97.99 euros, yet I received a voucher for only 70.31 euros. After pointing out these irregularities, the store’s customer service stopped responding to my messages. The store blatantly violates consumer rights, particularly EU Directive 2011/83/EU, which applies in Portugal. I definitely do not recommend it.

Política de devoluções desonesta. Depois de devolver o produto, a loja não reembolsa o dinheiro e ainda cobra uma taxa adicional pela devolução. O reembolso só pode ser recuperado de forma parcial e exclusivamente sob a forma de voucher para novas compras nesta loja. No meu caso, deveriam devolver 97,99 euros, mas recebi um voucher de apenas 70,31 euros. Após indicar estas irregularidades, o serviço de apoio ao cliente deixou de responder às minhas mensagens. A loja viola gravemente os direitos do consumidor, em particular a Diretiva da UE 2011/83/EU, em vigor em Portugal. Não recomendo de todo.

Really, I'm amazed by the level of professionalism and how quickly they replied to my questions regarding what I wanted.
Shipping was flawless - 3 working days.
Got an email when before they started processing the order explaining what was going on and what would happen.
Got another email when they shipped, with tracking number.
Got an email and an SMS on the day the order was going to be delivered.
Got another email after I got my package, asking if everything was ok with the delivery.

Flawless customer support and follow-up after ordering!
Ordered a couple of items on a Friday night from the store and the follow-up was nothing short of 5 stars. Got an email immediately after the order, got a phone call on Monday informing that one of the products had a small delivery delay (2 days) and that the others were shipping on Tuesday. On Tuesday got email with tracking number for the shipped products and on Wednesday got it delivered home. On Friday got the last product delivered during the morning and during the afternoon got a follow-up phone call asking about my satisfaction and if the products were what I expected. Super-friendly! After that I became a regular customer and never got any reason to complain. I strongly advise this store and the pet products they have.

Fantastic customer support and wonderful products. I am really happy with the bed I bought to my 🐶! It was delivered in 1 week and totally correspond to the advertised. I also ordered food for my cats and delivery took 48 hours to Algarve. 2 beds for my cats took 10 days to be delivered.
The communication post-buying is one of the best I experienced worldwide with emails informing about delivery, followed by emails with tracking information and a contact on the day the delivery is taking place. Simply amazing!!! 5 stars without a shade of a doubt! Keep the good work Petdoctors.

Please be mindful when buying/ordering something from this company.

They guarantee that their products will work, and if they don’t work, you can’t get a refund on some products because “you’ve used the product”.

For the products that you may get a refund for, you have to pay for the return PLUS a handling fee.

The delivery time in my case was 2 weeks and only after I contacted them.

They don’t reply on any of their live channels, only email.

And they considered my concerns about having to pay fees ”a threat”.

I suggest Goldpet.pt instead! Super fast delivery and good service.
