One star is even a stretch.

I am currently in the middle of trying to get just a partial refund for services that we paid for, that have not been delivered.

The logo designs were lazy. They would send several ones that were so similar, and it was like pulling teeth to get them to some that we even half way would consider. We settled on a logo because we wanted to get the process going and completed.

We stressed in the beginning before payment that we were on a time crunch and needed fast service. We were okay if that couldn't happen, but we were assured that they could do that. Here we are one month later and we still do not even have our letterhead completed. We have the logo and few things like business card, email signature and envelope, but still no letterhead. That's unacceptable. We wanted to get social media up and running so we stressed that to them.....they gave us one picture with our name on it. THAT IS IT! THAT WAS THE SOCIAL MEDIA or FACEBOOK PAGE DESIGN? My child could have done that.

The response time is a joke. It takes hours and up to a whole business day later to hear anything back. I am currently on day 4 of waiting on my last request. We don't have that much time to go back and forth. But if I were to get online and initiate a chat for new service, the guy I need to speak to answers immediately. I just did that option and he won't speak to me via chat now. I cannot call them because the connection is so poor that I cannot hear them and they cannot understand me. The poor connection and language barrier makes the phone service a joke.

I have tried to speak to someone who is above this Alexander Thomas, but I don't get that option. He is always the one on chat and always the one on the phone. I am starting to wonder if this is a hoax?

Their website says you can submit a refund as long as its within 90 days but we are steadily getting denied that option. Since we have received a logo and some of the beginning documents, we stated we just wanted a partial refund. That is very reasonable request. We were denied. We are just ready to be done with this company and get half of our money back.

It should not be this hard to get service and honestly, a refund for half our costs is the LEAST they could do. I have not been ugly one time but it has been hard. This is not right. We are willing to pay for the few things that we have received but not for everything else that we HAVE NOT.

As someone who owns a business myself, I cannot imagine doing this to a customer. I cannot imagine taking someones money and not giving them what they want.

I really appreciated the quick response when I needed some files replaced. I’ve always had good luck with this company.

I love this website. I needed a logo for my non-profit organization. After submitting the creative brief, I received so many different types of logos. The creativity and range in styles were so broad, it was hard to choose a winner.

This company is great!!! Not just do they do awesome designs, I lost my logo files that they did 5 years ago. I reached out to their support and they sent me a copy of my files within an hour. You CAN NOT beat that. Will use them again!!

First of all I want to thank everybody that submitted logo drafts for my new business. There were so many great designs to choose from. I have never used a service like this and I was very surprised at how many responses I got. More specifically, I felt like "Topazz" perfectly represented the written description of my business in art form.

Thank you again everyone and especially Topazz for making my logo design. I also want to thank "LogoDesignGugu" for upgrading my project and for making the whole process so easy and fun.

Very satisfied with both the quality and volume of the designs submitted. After less than 48 hours, I had nearly 200 submissions to choose from. Also, the designers I messaged were very friendly and willing to make any changes I requested.

It was very easy to have my business logo designed. I was surprised by the number of drafts I received in such little time. All of the designers accepted my comments and utilized them to create my vision. Overall very pleased and could not be more happy with my new logo!

the process is a little overwhelming at times. that's good news and bad news. people were very responsive when I asked a question. was very happy with the amount of action from the designers. would definitely use this service again and I do recommend it.

4-5 designers spammed 180 generic, unoriginal concepts (many literally just the name in different fonts). The other 30 concepts were lazy. When asking designer to modify a concept, there was a huge language barrier, and ultimately led to no adjustment being made. I guaranteed the project, what a waste, someone got paid for inadequate work. Will use a different logo design firm moving forward.

EDIT:
Logo Design Guru reached out to me shortly after this review. They offered to hold the designers payment until I was satisfied. And asked if there was anything they could do to achieve my satisfaction. Unfortunately I wasn't happy with any of the concepts, so making small modifications didn't make sense. Instead I asked that my projects be retroactively marked private. They accommodated my request, then asked that I remove my negative review. I believe that removing this review would be disengenous. My review stands, I will use other firms moving forward. Should they change my projects back to public because I didn't remove this review, I'll make sure to update this review again.

EDIT 2:
In response to the comment by logodesignguru, as stated, I wasn't happy with any of the designs submitted. Making modifications would be a waste of mine and the designers time. I'd rather spend that time working with another design firm. I do appreciate the attentiveness of logodesignguru to try and satisfy me, but it doesn't change my review of their product.

We got great designs but the website can be confusing until one figures it out. Support was good and my PM definitely helped with the process. We are still in the development stage but have been pleased overall so far.

Best platform to get high quality output for logodesign, business stationaries and also web site design.

Excellent Service! We've gotten three amazing logos thus far and we love them! It's quick and easy to use. I highly recommend this company!!
