Logo Design Flix Omdömen

Warren Fernandez was great throughout the entire transaction he followed up me and returned my calls . He was very helpful.

Chris Willamson and the other personnel at Logo Design Flix are amazing! They go out of their way to help you out and make you feel like you are part of a close-knit team, which is something you don't find in many companies nowadays. If you have any issues all you have to do is call them and they get quickly get on it to make sure it is resolved so that you are happy and everything is to your satisfaction. You could not ask for a better representative than Chris, and I cannot give him a high enough star rating - if there were a hundred-star rating he would get that for sure!!

Jack Brown was absolutely amazing. He was very personable, patient and he made sure I was 100% satisfied. I am recommending everyone to him.

Update 5/25: After posting this review, I was contacted the next day by the company and did receive a partial refund. However, I’m still waiting for the rest of the refund to be processed. Once it has been processed, I will update this review.

My experience has been less than pleasant with this company, unfortunately. The artist assigned to me was not willing to listen to my input on the logo design, and I really disliked how in every phone call about the design there was a sales pitch to buy other products. I decided that it wasn't worth the frustration, and have been trying to get my money back for 2 months now. I have been calling once a week to follow up, and not only have I not been able to ever talk to the person in the refund department, I still haven't received my refund, even though they boast a 100% money back guarantee. So, just be cautious when working with this company!

Highly recommended and looking forward to continuing to work with them on future projects.

The team is creative and can take a concept and run with it. The logo drafts have been nothing short of amazing. Quick turnaround and minimal edits.

If I could give more stars I would.

Jack was very nice and on time with my needs! He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my design! I will be coming back for more beautiful designs with them.

They are professional and patient. I enjoy working with them.

Jason is by far the best. I have never encountered a rep for a company quite like him. He took me through the whole process of making my logo to making and setting up my site for my business for which i get alot of compliments about.

Would recommend to anyone looking for best customer service around!!

Steve Phoenix is my logo designer. We spent a small amount of time discussing my vision for my logo. Needless to say I was overwhelmed with his expertise. When I saw my logo that Steve designed, it made me feel that I have arrived, I felt joy, happiness, OMG, I wish I could give him a big hug. When you see the golden arches you think of McDonalds. Now, when you see my logo you will think of B into U Esthetics LLC. Steve captured my soul in this Logo, and my character, I am trusting him with all my future design needs. We are now working on my Website, thank you Steve Phoenix.

Jack and his team did a great job helping me find a logo that worked incredibly well for my business. I had a couple of revisions and they were quick and expedient at delivering as promised. Disregard some of the comments that say this is a scam, while they are a little pushy on the selling at times, they deliver a great product.

Jack Brown and his Team Did a Fantastic Job creating my small business logo. I highly recommend

Working with this agency to create a WordPress website from an XD file exceeded my expectations. They were great to work with, provided clear and professional communication, and were super fast. I am so glad Jack Brown is my account rep. I look forward to doing more projects with them and I have already recommended them to two other agencies I work with.

I am blessed that I came across this company and especially Jack. He is very helpful and polite. Jack would take his time and explain things in a way it’s easy to understand. Great company and greater service. Steve Phoenix is my new best friend!! His creativity meshed perfectly with the idea I had in my head. I asked this company to make me a logo and to make my website and they did a fantastic job, they deserve a 10 out of 10 on everything. John and his team did everything right and they were excellent when it came to customer service and getting back to me. John helped me through the process even though I was inexperienced and answered all my questions. I would recommend them 100% to anybody who needs help designing or getting a website designed they are a little pricey but it is 100% worth it because they do a fantastic job.

I have been using the company for several years now for all of my website, hosting, SEO and branding needs. They alway come through, stand behind their work and are very accommodating. My project Manager Is fantastic and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.
