Loghouse is the UK's only one-stop premium timber building specialist — offering three distinct construction types under one roof: traditional Log Cabins, Modern Hybrids with a striking steel-finish exterior, and Structural Insulated Panels (SIP) for the highest energy efficiency available in a garden building. Unlike any other supplier in the UK, we don't just deliver a structure and walk away. Every Loghouse build comes with our complete package — fitted kitchens, bathrooms, solar panels through our LIME energy partnership, EV smart radiators, full electrics, laminate flooring, and professional paint finishes. One company. One invoice. One warranty. Our cabins are built from 45mm premium Baltic timber — nearly double the industry standard — fitted with German Schuko uPVC windows, and backed by a 10-year warranty on fully insulated builds. We own our factory in Europe, which means you pay factory-direct prices with no middleman markup, and we include foundation work, assembly, and installation as standard. Whether you're creating a home office, a holiday let, a residential annexe, a garden gym, a wellness retreat, or a glamping pod — we design, build, deliver, and fully finish your space from the ground up. Visit us at one of our two UK showrooms — Glasgow (Cumbernauld) and Rugby — where you can walk through full-size display cabins, see real finishes, and talk to our team in person. No pressure. No renders. Just the real thing.

Not the cabin we ordered and paid for!
After visiting the showroom at Rugby and falling in love with a cabin there, we came home, read reviews and then ordered the exact cabin we had viewed. Our cabin was finished on 26 July. Sadly, the finished cabin we were left with wasn’t the cabin we had ordered and paid for. After raising this with Loghouse we were assured this would all be put right asap! We are now almost 10 weeks and still waiting for the correct Thermowood to be fitted and the ill fitted windows and doors to be made watertight. We have contacted David Whyte at Head office who again gave us assurances but again sadly hasn’t responded to any further emails or calls. We now don’t feel we have any option but to recall our money through our credit card company. I can’t tell you how disappointed we are to have to do this!

My little bit of heaven
After a-bit of a hiccup with my order I now have my cabin. After David took over there were no problems the team of builders were amazing with no mess and the electrician was in and out in no time. I glad I got it from Loghouse as it is a far superior to anything I have seen and is now pride of place in my garden my little bit of heaven. Thank you to all.

Superb
Log house delivered and built last week. The work ethic and craftsmanship was first class. Roland and his crew did I superb job. The process from ordering in Cumbernauld was straightforward and easy to get the exact size and spec with excellent aftercare advice from the sales advisor. We waited just over 8 weeks from ordering and a few messages back and forth kept us informed re delivery and installation dates. Highly recommend this company. In my opinion you get a superior quality log house and a very competitive price with this company.

Useless website with no inkling of professionalism.…
I tried to understand their useless website , unable to have search questions answered. If the website is so poor then I expect the finished product to be poor. I am a serious tiny home buyer .

Thank you for your feedback, and we're genuinely sorry your experience with our website fell short. You're right to expect better.
Our website is currently under construction as we roll out a major upgrade, and some sections and search functions aren't yet working as they should. That's on us, and we appreciate you flagging it.
We'd really like to understand exactly what wasn't working for you — please contact David directly at david@loghouse.co.uk. Your experience matters to us, and in return we promise to look after you properly.
One thing we'd genuinely encourage: our buildings are best experienced in person. We'd love to welcome you to our Rugby (Blooms Garden Centre) or Glasgow (Caulders, Cumbernauld) showroom, where you can walk through full-size display homes and get every question answered face to face by our team. For a serious tiny home buyer, seeing the build quality first-hand may well change your mind.
We hope to hear from you, and to turn this experience around.

We were looking for a cabin and we…
We were looking for a cabin and we looked at many options online and we did not see anything that suited our needs, We saw Loghouse had a showroom in Cumbernauld and we went on a visit, we met Graham and he showed us some options, was great to actually get a feel for the cabin in size and design, After some discussion we tailored our cabin in colour and design, we now have the cabin in our garden and we are absolutely delighted with the finished article, I have recommended Loghouse to friends as ee had a great experience with Graham

Thank you so much for this wonderful review — it genuinely made our day.
Your journey is exactly why we invest in our showrooms: photos online can only tell you so much, but walking through a cabin, feeling the space and the build quality — that's when it all makes sense. We're delighted the Cumbernauld visit helped you find exactly what suited your needs.
Graham will be thrilled to hear this — we'll make sure he sees your kind words. Tailoring the colour and design to make it truly yours is what we love doing most, and knowing you're absolutely delighted with the finished cabin in your garden is the best result we could ask for.
Thank you also for recommending us to your friends — there's no bigger compliment. If you or they ever need anything, the Cumbernauld team is always here.
Enjoy your new cabin!

I am absolutely delighted with my new garden room from Loghouse and would highly recommend them.
A special thank you to Roland and his team, whose workmanship was of an exceptionally high standard. They took immense pride in everything they did, worked efficiently, and kept the site spotlessly clean and tidy throughout the build. Roland communicated with me regularly, making sure I was happy with every aspect of the project, which made the whole experience feel personal and reassuring.
I'd also like to thank Graham Scott at the Glasgow showroom. He was outstanding from start to finish, always happy to answer any questions I had and nothing was ever too much trouble. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared that I was happy, making me feel like a valued customer throughout the process.
From the excellent customer service to the quality of the finished garden room, the whole experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you to everyone at Loghouse for a fantastic job.

Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed and generous review — this is truly wonderful to read.
Roland and his team will be delighted to hear your words. The pride they take in their workmanship, the clean site, the regular communication — that's exactly the standard we ask of every installation, and it means a great deal to have it recognised so warmly by a customer.
And Graham Scott at our Glasgow showroom — we couldn't agree more. Making every customer feel valued from the first question to the finished build is exactly what he does best, and we'll make sure both he and Roland see this review personally.
Hearing that the whole experience exceeded your expectations — from showroom to finished garden room — is the highest praise we could hope for. Thank you for recommending us, and enjoy every moment in your new space.
If you ever need anything at all, you know where we are.

Type D one bedroom log cabin
Purchased a one bedroom log cabin last year. So this review is a little late!
Very happy with the product service and price. Graham was a delight to deal with and Tam and Tony the installers were brilliant too. That’s nearly a year and still very happy either way our purchase.
Our one bedroom log cabin log cabin was bought to host a beauty salon to take it away from using a room in the house. As soon as we saw it we said yes. That’s what we need. Ordered speedily and as promised it turned up in around 8 weeks for install in Oct 25. Took a week to build and the installers couldn’t have been more helpful.
Graham came afterwards to check everything ok and did a short promo video with us as it was being used for a business.
Someone just down the road contacted us and came to see ours. And they bought from Log house too.
Are we happy. Yes. Would we buy again. Yes

A year on and still delighted — reviews like this are worth the wait, thank you!
What a brilliant story too. A one-bedroom cabin transformed into a working beauty salon, freeing up your home — that's exactly the kind of smart use of space we love seeing. And delivered in around 8 weeks and built in a week, just as promised — that's the standard we hold ourselves to.
Graham, Tam and Tony will all be thrilled to hear this. Graham coming back afterwards to check everything was right — and even filming a promo with you for your business — is exactly the care we want every customer to experience, long after the sale.
And the best part: your neighbour seeing your cabin and buying one too. There's no better proof of a product than that — thank you for being our best advert on the street!
Wishing you and the salon continued success. If you ever need anything, you know where we are.

After looking at several companies, I’m so glad I chose Loghouse Scotland. The quality of the cabin has exceeded my expectations, and the level of customer service was exceptional from day one.
Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. The installation team worked incredibly hard and left the site clean and tidy once the build was complete.
It’s refreshing to deal with a company that does exactly what they say they will. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Loghouse Scotland again in the future, and I’ve already recommended them to family and friends.
