Great service from start to finish, with quick turnaround. Advice on appropriate ladder, insulation and best use of limited space. Efficient installation of ladder, insulation, boarding, handrail and light. Office, surveyor and installers were all friendly, polite and considerate, and left us clean and tidy after installation. Highly recommended.
Incredibly impressed with this company from start to finish. From my initial call to the office, the subsequent visit of the surveyor and the work carried out by the installers was nothing short of first class at every stage. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family, without hesitation.
LOFTSTORAGW ROOM COMPANY, has done a great job in my loft, not only converting the dark and dusty loft into a light and dust free with a fully boarding and retractable ladder, with excellent workmanship, professionalism and great customer service. Efficient and tidy installations, all friendly staff and a clean explanation of the process and very knowledgeable staff. With Josh and his team. Value for money no doubt. POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!!!
Quality of materials was very low: catch extremely cheap plastic, insulation - a single layer of reflective bubble insulation 1metre x 1metre, very cheap small hinges not flush to the ceiling, ladder affixed to crude planks in my attic. The ladder quality itself was ok, but ladder is too steep/too short! All this for £585! The job was done well and in a reasonable amount of time, but aftercare was very poor - after I have raised the lower quality of materials relative to price, and the steepness of the ladder, the Operations Manager went "off sick" and I simply couldn't resolve the issue despite calling 2 more times. Very disappointed!
They did a fantastic job. Cleaned up after themselves. Final boarding, electrics, handrail, sockets & lighting done very well. Definitely would recommend.
