They promise that they will be with following up on leads until they are "lava". I bought a 1k package for a 3 month campaign which they state brings in 40 leads a month. I am not sure how they generate the leads but most opt out and don't respond. No sign of follow up and the way they generate a lead seems week. But they can't provide where and how the lead is generated. So it could be all BS. For 3 months, I got 1 "lava" lead and I listened to the call from the rep. Totally untrained VA not listening to the prospect at all because he obviously said he is not ready to buy and cannot buy. I followed up with him and he is an illegal immigrant, in a ton of debt, unemployed, 500 credit score.I'm not judging this prospect at all but he literally told me he is not ready to buy which he already told the "internal follow up agent". Also, support responds to you like you should already know the answer to your questions. All in in all total scam and poorly ran company. The only thing they did well was loop you in pay for a package in which they promise you 2 deals a month. Runaway while you still can!

If you want a company that over promises and under delivers, this is your winner! "

In my 3 months with them the "leads" were:

1) People who said they never had any interest in buying or selling in my market (Las Vegas)
2) People who bought or sold last year already
3) Invalid phone numbers and email address's
4) Wrong numbers
5) Leads already contacted by other agents.

I was told to expect 6-8 "hot leads" PER MONTH when in reality I got 2 hot leads total for 3 months, and one "Lava Lead" all 3 of which went no where in spite of my efforts. I've been in a the business for a long time and know how to work leads. I've had much better results cold calling leads using Mojo Dialer.

Stay away from this company. Far away....

I wish I read these reviews earlier! This company is a scam, was told I’d get 6-9 leads and haven’t received anything after 90 days!! Then they tried to charge me again afterwards.

They wouldn’t let me give zero stars. Absolutely the worst investment of my life! Would’ve been better to burn the money! Not one lead! I’d like to know how to sue them. You can’t talk to anyone to tell them you’re going to sue them. Terrible Company! Complete Scam! Who else has been scammed? Let’s start a suit against them. I want my money back!

I paid this company for 3 months and did not receive a single lead. Not one. I was charged month after month for a service that produced absolutely nothing, and it feels like a complete scam and a total waste of money.

If you’re going to take people’s hard-earned money, the bare minimum should be delivering some kind of result, communication, or value. Instead, I got zero leads, zero return, and a very expensive lesson. Selling people on promises and then delivering absolutely nothing is unacceptable.

I would never recommend this company to another agent or business owner. Save your money and invest it somewhere that actually produces results.

Horrible experience. Just bait and switch. No leads came in to me and they acted like there was nothing wrong. I reported them to Internet Crimes and Complaints at ic3.gov
Nothing will probably happen to them but I'm so sick of people scamming me.

Absolute scam. The leads are fake and they promise a full refund at the jump if you're not satisfied but won't give it to you.

This is a total scam, please be aware 🚨

Last year, I tried their service and almost threw it away because it cost me about $700. Now, they’re trying to lure me back with a free month of subscription, including the CRM.

I responded and told them that even if they offered me three months for free, I wouldn’t use their service.

Worst leads ever. Total waste of time and money. Got probably one response but then got ghosted and we're really good with leads. These were just absolute junk. Stay away.

They are a Total Scam. Whoever heard of a lead gen company telling you not to call the "New Leads" ? Well, I know why. Because if you call, you will realize they are Fake Leads. For 2 months they told me not to call until their "Team" converts them to "Hot Leads", which will never happen, but it gives them time to keep charging you every month , a few different fees.Well, I called the 40+ they had sent. 2 did answer wondering why I was calling them. The rest were "Do Not Call", Disconnected or Non-Existent Numbers. A few even had a "282" Area Code which does not exist in the U.S. I have filed a Fraud/Scam Claim with my Bank demanding my money back. Until then, I will continue these reviews hoping to keep other Agents from the bad experience I have had.

ABSOLUTE SCAM! After paying almost $1700 I never received a lead! I am pursuing this legally.

Total scam. They promise a full refund if you don’t receive x amount of leads but then flat out deny it when they don’t perform. Not to mention the leads that I did receive didn’t even know why I was contacting them or instantly unsubscribed from communications. No part of this company is legitimate.

Beware! I was watching a very good sales video on Facebook or somewhere online and I found it again and it wasn’t Local Real estate Leads.net at first and then it switched to Local Real estate Leads so I saved the pages of the ad. I entered my information. They called me. I got suckered in. I paid them, I couldn’t find them for almost 2 months in right at the end of the program they called me and they wanted to go over it again and charge me again. I told them that I had put a block on the credit card and that I told my credit card that they were scams but since they called me, I guess they were real company, but they just don’t perform. They don’t do anything for you. They do take your money, however.

If I could, I would give zero stars. They promise a pipeline of ready to buy or sell leads and deliver nothing. Yet they still charge you an outrageous amount every month. Trying to cancel is like pulling teeth. Would highly recommend to stay away from them!

Deception. They tell you one thing and then its another . Lead count down by 99% from the original plan . They tell you leads come in and they vet them and then I get them when ready to sell, they dont vet and I have to call all of them.. I canceled and they still billed me. This company does not give you true leads. Even if they call them leads the are just prospects at best. Then they get put on a drip campaign that gets no response. Used it for 2 months and never talked to on true lead. Just a waste of money and time.

This company uses fictitious real estate agents on Facebook and on their website to promote their lead system. If you click on the agent profile it shows it does not exist. If you visit their website testimonials the last names are blurred, to prevent you from looking up the person giving the testimonial. The host, Rachel Reilly is a paid TV personality, so I would take a guess and assume the persons giving the testimony are paid. The program advertises a $97/month lead system, but it's a bait and switch because the $97/month doesn't provide any immediate leads, but neither does the upgraded program. They use your phone number to send text messages to propsect in a spam campaign until the prospect responds which is usually to request the text be stopped. That's why it's a long term program. In the meantime your reputation might have been put at risk because all these prospect are being spammed. It's a waste of time and money and they need to cease using fake profiles. It's a deceptive business tactic.

If I could give 0 stars I would. 3 months, 0 leads. Everything they tell you is a lie. I wish I knew of this site before I wasted my money. If you are considering it, DON’T!!!!!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. YOU'D BE THROWING IT AWAY. Terrible leads. Their excuse every time, "Well, these are internet leads." It's a scam. Don't do it!!
