Used company again Happy with the quick response and the customer service was excellent. Had a leaking tap

We had to have our boiler replaced after the last one was condemned. Local plumbers responded quickly and arranged a plumber to come within the week. Carl did a fine job in rectifying problems with the old install and fitting a new boiler. He stayed late when there were issues to make sure we were up and running. Overall great service.

The guys just came in and got on with the job, tidying up after themselves. Left me with a new radiator, all working and the whole system back in sync.

paid 48 pounds for a plumber they subcontract out but never paid him so he wouldn't come if they took my money right away i wouldn't touch these with a bargepole

Local plumbers we care was really helpful to my mum she had a emergency plumbing leak and was stressed they was out within 30 mins to fix it thank guys

Steve the engineer was polite and friendly really happy with the boiler repair and will be recommending this company

Phoned this company on Friday to say I had a leak on my boiler. Although their advert says no call out fee they charge £48 administration/booking fee. The plumber Lee was great, he said straight away it would be the diaphragm. He took the cover off and confirmed that was the problem. Took him about 10 minutes. They charged me £112 plus VAT. They ordered the part £54 and Lee came back and fitted it, about 35 minutes and then they charged me another £135. Two hours charged £270 for 45 minutes work.

Fast efficient got my new boiler amazing service

Plumber dispatched within two hours of my call. Simon (plumber) was excellent. Talked me through a number of options to suit my needs. Once we had agreed a way forward he replaced two valves within half an hour. Tested everything for leaks and did a very neat job.

The call centre was great as they were very clear of the process and the pricing. Expensive service but when you are in a jam and have time constraints (e.g. no running water and a burst pipe) then this is a good option.

£48 for a call out fee, £150 to be told our pcb was broken (we discussed on the phone it was broken and they said fine no problem we’ll send someone out. The man said he’d order the parts. We got a call off the company saying they wouldn’t touch our boiler as it’s too old for them. THEY DID NOT ASK HOW OLD IT WAS ON THE PHONE. If we knew this was the case we wouldn’t have had them come out. £200 and refusing to refund. Disgusting company

Absolutely do not use this company! I contacted this company in a state of emergency after my 98 year old father needed his toilet cistern fixing after it began to overflow. A plumber was sent to my fathers house and completed what was apparently a temporary fix until he could come the next day with the correct parts. I was told on the day however that the toilet was fixed and that was that. The next day I called the company again as the stopcock under my fathers sink was leaking and needed replacing. They sent out a DIFFERENT plumber to complete this work and to complete the work from the previous day. Without neither my fathers consent, or mine or giving me any sort of quote as to how much this would all cost before installing it, they went ahead and installed a £70 "surestop stopcock" which was not needed and charged me £400 for the pleasure. This company are absolutely awful to deal with, they installed an all-singing-all-dancing piece of equipment that i did not ask for or consent to and then have repeatedly being going into my bank account and attempting to take the money without my consent. I believe that they are not a company of trusted plumbers! As other reviews have suggested, I also believe that they find a plumber on your behalf and take a cut on the total cost! Even the plumber who came to my fathers house on the first day told me that this company will charge an arm and a leg to do the work that will cost half!
Please please please do not use this company unless you want to be ripped off big time!

We needed our broken en-suite electric shower replaced and contacted Local Plumbers We Care who came and replaced the shower unit with the one we had purchased.
The removal of the old shower and new one installed was completed quickly and was working within the hour.
Two nice lads, a credit to the company. We would certainly recommend this company.

Local plumber we don't care. Booked a visit two days ago but no show yet, my 75 year old mother still waiting, hopefully she'll seen today.

After writing the above review, was contacted by the company and an engineer did visit and completed the job & done well.

Do not use this company they charge you call out fee which they pocket then the call plumber or other company and find you plumber. The plumber comes out tells them wats needed the add money on and then charge you then plumber back comes fixes or fits parts they pay him by the hour then keep remainder.
But actually they never paid me for mh last job I done for them even though they charged the customer and he paid.

Had a leaking toilet and shower, and needed to find a reliable plumber, so did a google search. And that's where I found 'Local Plumbers'
They were professional and understanding, , from speaking with Reese on the phone and Hassan who did the repairs.
Really satisfied with the service I have received, will highly recommend them.

Had an emergency this company helped me out, did a one off repair at £95 and i’m really happy with the work they did. i was unsure about using this company due to the reviews but excellent service i would highly recommend thank you
