We booked paediatric first aid for schools in our area. The staff that attended all found the trainer very knowledgeable. We shall be booking this training again later in the year.

Booking our first aid training was simple,access to the online training was also very straight forward. On the day of the training the instructor put everyone at ease very quickly, he went through everything thoroughly and explained all aspects of the course brilliantly.
All staff involved really enjoyed the training and more importantly came away from the training confident first aiders

Good overall basic course. However, it could have been better for our group if we had tailored it to our work environment. It covered some issues that we would probably not deal with in our roles. If we were to book another course we would ask for something more specific for what we do. This is more of a reflection on what we needed rather than any negative comments about the training we received.

Quality of actual training delivery was fed back as being excellent quality by attendees, but the overall administration side of things was very difficult to deal with. Departments did not seem to link. After booking and paying for the training over the phone, we had to chase and chase for written confirmation and then further for a receipt. It is a shame, as mentioned, the actual delivery of training was excellent, but the time and frustration it took us to chase for the paperwork and then for the certificates overshadowed the whole thing and I doubt we would look to use this company again as a direct result of this.

The course was relay enjoyable. I highly recommended!!!

The course was great. The tutor Andy was super. Only issue was the written test at end which I dont think was made clear; we had 2 people with dyslexia.

He covered everthing you need working with children at a school enviroment. Did take out of it something new to considered .
