One of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
I ordered a belt online and received a t-shirt! Delivery note in the box was a completely different name and address. I thought that this was just one of those things but was sure that a high end company such as LK Bennett would soon sort out the error and get my belt to me. WRONG!! Customer Service with this company appears to be non-existent! Phone messages left (unanswered) and emails sent (no response) this was a hugely frustrating experience.
Several weeks later I was asked to re-purchase the belt and assured that it would be with me the next day . Next day came and went and no sign of the belt which I had now paid for twice! More unanswered phone calls, voicemails and emails ensued. Eventually I received notification that the item was now out of stock and a refund would be given.
All in all a very frustrating, stressful and extremely disappointing experience with a company who I would expect much better from. I will NEVER shop with them again. Save time, energy, stress and frustration - AVOID!!
LK Bennett stole money from my account
I placed an order which I needed to return, so travelled to the store on Sloane Square. It was at this point I realised I had been charged over £65 more than the price listed on the order confirmation, which the adviser confirmed. The adviser called the manager over and he said he could only refund me for the price on the order confirmation – not the price I had been charged. The store kept hold of the items and the manager assured me that the adviser would speak with customer services and would call me later that day with an update. No-one called me. I called the store the following day and spoke with the original advisor; there was no apology or reason given for why I was not contacted as promised. I was informed that they had emailed customer services and was told to follow this up myself.
Called customer services immediately only to discover they aren’t open on the weekend so I had to wait until a week day. I spoke with an advisor who told me someone would call me back. They didn’t. I then had to call again and spoke with Lauren. Lauren said she didn’t know why the company had charged me more than the order confirmation, essentially stealing my money as I had not given consent for this. I asked to raise a formal complaint and Lauren advised that she would follow this up and would email me with an update. This was not done. I then had to call customer services yet again and as no-one answered, I left a voice message. No-one responded to this message, no-one contacted me.
I then emailed customer services. Gabriela responded to the email saying the Sloane Square store manager would call and process the refund over the phone. I received no apology for taking additional funds from my account, exceeding the price of the order and essentially stealing money from me. No-one has apologised for the amount of time I wasted trying to get a refund for the additional funds which were taken without my permission.
Following the email from Gabriela I received an automated feedback request questionnaire asking me to rate my experience with LK Bennett to which I responded with ‘bad’.
I received an automated email saying Gabriela had raised a ticket against this – it’s been 6 months and I still have not had a response to my complaint. Absolutely appalling customer service and I have reported the company and their illegal activities to Trading Standards. If you place an order with this organisation, check your bank immediately in case they have stolen from you like they did from me.
Don't bother
Unfortunately as with many of the other reviews, my online purchase experience wasn't great. I ordered a belt which arrived stained with what I'm hoping is coffee. I now have to pay £4.95 to return a damaged product. Never again

Be warned of rip-off return charges
Another one not happy with the returns charges. I brought a few different items, my body shape has changed and I wasn’t 100% sure what size to go for or what styles would suit me. It cost me £5 to return a single item.
Now I don’t have a huge issue with paying postage on returns, but what I do have an issue with is being forced to pay between £5 to £8 for ‘postage’ when the same postage could be brought direct from the same courier for £2. Plus the process of having to give another company my card details, with no option of Apple Pay. Then having to print my own returns form for inside the box.
The whole thing is just a huge faff and a rip off, which is not something I expected from a more premium brand. And has put be off of ordering from them again.
Avoid LK Bennett at all costs
Avoid LK Bennett at all costs. First, they hid from us the fact that it’s impossible to return items purchased on sale. Then their customer support refused to address our complaint and responded with a mere formal reply. And later, when we were asked to rate their customer service and provided very negative feedback, the website refused to accept our review. In short, stay away from them at all costs, or you risk losing both your money and your time.
No order number given !
No order number given, page went straight back to sign in to check out, check out as guest. No confirmation email, so I have no idea if order went through. I have been trying to phone on number that says for anything urgent …( I would hate to see what happens with non urgent queries ) no one answers phone, just the recorded generic answer!
Expensive Returns
Returns cost either £4.95 or £6.95 if not to a shop. Pretty expensive compared to many alternative companies.

I expected that after seeing so many people complaining about their service, the company would improve. I was mistaken. I placed my order on the 11th of January. It still has not arrived. I’ve contacted customer service where I was told they will investigate it. No updates from them and my follow up email was ignored. Never again! Now I just need to either keep chasing them or get refunded.
'Customer Care' - I don't think so!
'Customer Care'?! refused to accept that my parcel had been delivered to the wrong address and suggested I go and search for it by 'liaising with neighbours or other residents at my address'. DPD had already told me that it had been delivered to a completely different address and the link included by LK Bennett in the response to my email telling me it had been correctly delivered, clearly showed the address to be several streets away. Luckily I was able to find the house and the person there was honest enough to hand over my parcel. None of this was thanks to the non-existent customer care at LK Bennett.
Unfortunately this is not the first time I have had a problem dealing with the company and my experience has made me very reluctant to recommend or use their online services.

Completely unacceptable way of treating customers. I placed an order. A week later I hadn’t received any further emails regarding dispatch so I contacted customer service. They came back to say the item was out of stock and it’s been cancelled! Absolutely no explanation as to why they were advertising stock that didn’t exist. No explanation as to why no one had informed me. And no offer of any compensation! Absolutely terrible customer service, I’m so disappointed.
Do not purchase from LK Bennett due to Evri
Shall not purchase from LK Bennett in the future due to the appalling delivery company which they use, Evri.
I had to drive around my area for 30 minutes to locate my parcel half a mile away at a totally incorrect address on a different road. Evri then had the cheek to say that someone in my household had signed for it. It was an valuable parcel and most fortunate that it was not stolen.
Terrible customer after care
Wasted nearly six hours trying to get a QR code to return an item. Even when paying for the return as they do not have a free return policy for sale item, there is no return address anywhere on the website. And it took nearly five weeks to get a refund.
Good customer service
Over all good service , helpful customer service You do have to pay for delivery over a certain amount and pay for returns.
Apart from that I love the clothes and I’m a regular customer.

I like lk bennett products but their delivery service in Europe is terrible. I have experienced this multiple times in the past. In this instance I made an order on 22/11, my card was charged 22/11 with 464 euro. I paid express shipping I was supposed to receive the parcel 27/11. In the track package update there was no update after 23/11. I have send multiple emails. Finally they replied on 10/12 (!!!). They told me that there was a ''problem handling the package'' and it has been returned to their warehouse. To date I have not yet received a refund. I have sent more emails but no reply ...
Outrageous
I have always had a special place in my heart for LK Bennett. My wedding shoes were from them, and I cherished the brand for years. However, my recent experience has shattered this admiration.
This Black Friday, lured by their aggressive marketing (my inbox was overflowing with their messages), I purchased a pair of shoes online at 50% off. What arrived was not what I ordered—a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT pair of shoes. I politely emailed, asking for an exchange to receive the correct shoes. Instead of addressing this, they focused on arranging the collection of the wrong pair. When I asked them again about when I could expect the shoes I originally ordered, they informed me they WOULDN'T SEND THEM AT ALL. Their solution? I should reorder the shoes myself at full price, and they would only refund me after their incorrect shoes were returned to their warehouse.
Now, Black Friday is over, and the shoes I ordered at a discount are back to full price. They expect me to pay that price for THEIR MISTAKE. A truly reputable and so-called "luxury" brand would have immediately sent me the correct pair, and offered store credit for the inconvenience and all the time I have to waste on them.
This experience has left me utterly disappointed and disillusioned with LK Bennett. I cannot recommend this brand anymore—buyers beware.
They use Evri!
They use Evri!
Avoid any company who uses Evri because Evri have now in the last month delivered two packages to the wrong address, knowingly! The third parcel there was an aledged delivery attempt with a leaflet left. No such leaflet or attempt as I was home. All replies from Evri are a cut and paste. They asked me to register an account with what3 words location against my address and email address. But the couriers don't use it. So that's pointless.
The trainers I ordered were lovely but sadly too small. I already own the Signature Stud trainer in a 3 and they fit perfectly but this pair are too tight. It's a shame the quality control isn't in place to make sure shoes are actually the same size.
Harper’s try and home service is great
Harper’s try and home service is great. So nice not to have to worry about it returning the item on time or going back to the shops. Magdeline was friendly and made the whole experience excellent.
