Fabulous customer service
Fabulous customer service, via emails, dispatch was good, unfortunately royal mail let the side.down, having been text a delivery day and time slot, it didn't arrive until the following day, although it had been received in the warehouse early hours! I have had trigger finger in both…

I see you managed to order with us in the end after a failed attempt the day before. I am sorry that you had difficulties ordering. The site was undergoing maintenance last week but we managed to maintain a 99.7% uptime throughout. We are also changing the payment service provider and it is this that prevented your order from going through. When you set up a new payment gateway its always prudent to ensure that it works and is 100% secure with full and proper encryption before allowing your customers to enter their financial and personal details, we disable processing for these tests. We found a mild integration error and have swapped back to the original provider while we sort the problem.
Many thanks for your order and I hope that future experiences with our site are less stressful.
