The best quality baby clothes 1000% recommend!
I buy off this company any time I have someone farm/county related to gift them to for there new born babies.
I used them the sleep suit, muslin and bibs for my own as babies I was very impressed with the quality especially the bibs. One of my sons dribbled a lot and I was changing his bib every hour or so but with these bibs they are so thick it didn’t soak all the way through even when it was on all day. The patterns speak for themselves that are beautiful and always get compliments on them.
I would 1000% recommend this company and I will keep buying sets from then when more of my friends have children.

I have been purchasing from little Stamford for around 2/3 years now for my little boy and I can honestly say it’s the best clothing brand we have for my son, the quality is always 10/10, always washes really really nicely keeping the softness and quality! He’s had the red tractor top for 2 years now worn it religiously and it still looks brand new! Packaging is always absolutely gorgeous aswell

I was gifted a beautiful sleepsuit from this company when my baby was born. Unfortunately, after being worn only twice and washed twice according to the care instructions, it looked as though it had been used for years. The fabric had become heavily bobbled, the colours had noticeably faded, and there were loose threads throughout.
I contacted customer services to raise my concerns, but I was initially informed that the item was not considered faulty. I was also told that I was not eligible for a replacement or refund because I did not have proof of purchase or photographs of the item. Once I provided both, communication became extremely slow, with several days passing without a response. After multiple follow-ups, I eventually received a reply, but the company maintained its position and refused to offer either a replacement or a refund.
What made the experience even more disappointing was the tone of the correspondence. Rather than feeling listened to or supported as a customer raising a genuine concern, the responses often felt defensive and implied that the issue was somehow my responsibility. This came across as dismissive and lacking in empathy.
Given the brand’s emphasis on producing high-quality products, I found this experience particularly disappointing. While the designs are undoubtedly lovely, the quality of the product and the handling of my complaint fell well below expectations.

I am saddened and upset to receive this review as it is not an accurate and does not reflect our product or service you received.
The more accurate version of events:
- Multiple emails that I personally responded to promptly and out of hours.
- At no point was blame placed. Our care and refund policies were referred to that once washed and worn we cannot replace and without any evidence of purchase or even ownership that it would be impossible to refund / return.
- In any case a gesture of goodwill was offered but I see has no mention here.
- You did not provide photos or evidence of ownership or purchase after multiple emails back and forth. After our position had been made clear we did eventually receive these. The photos showed a product that was in good condition that had been worn and washed a few times, not in the shredded, faded, unwearable condition you refer to so I cannot understand your review.
We take all reviews seriously and as a small family run rural business we always try to put things right as customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do but we believe this to be an unfair review. Furthermore it does not reflect the countless positive reviews about quality and customer service we have across Google and Trustpilot or the number of repeat customers we have (some have ordered 15 + times). It is also not our experience after extensive wash testing and first hand experience using for years with our own children in.
