Lisa Woods Home is a small independent home fragrance business based in Huyton, Liverpool, England, UK. We craft all our home fragrance products by hand in small batches using the highest quality products. Our wax products are made using coconut wax and high quality fragrance oils and are vegan friendly. Being eco friendly is always at the forefront of our minds however it can be difficult for a small business. Whilst we might not be perfect we are always looking at ways in which we can be more eco friendly. At the moment all our packaging which we buy in is recyclable. We never throw away packaging that we receive which could be used again. This means that occasionally you may receive parcels which contain non-recyclable packaging, this is where we have reused packaging which we have received from our deliveries. We endeavour to reuse and recycle as much of our received packaging as we can and hope that you will do the same.

Excellent service, gorgeous products, highly recommend
Lisa is so friendly & knowledgable about all her products. Absolutely love the wax melts, i have ordered lots from her over the years, they all smell gorgeous. Love the fact all her products are homemade & eco friendly. I would definately recommend her business 5 star!

Friendly and professional
I bought a candle from Lisa and she was really helpful and knowledgeable. She really knows what she's on about when it comes to all things wax related. I lit the candle as soon as I got home and its so fragrant. Thanks again. Ill definitely buy from her again.

I think you have left this review because you did not like a post I made on a Facebook community group rather than being a genuine customer. (Maybe it was another Ian Joseph though)
However, if you can supply me with evidence of poor customer service then I will be happy to address your concerns.
You have failed to supply Trustpilot with evidence of your interaction with my business. I do not believe you have ever purchased from my business and I know that you have never emailed or messaged my business so I am not really sure what interaction you are calling me rude from?? Have you had contact with me online or in person? If in person please can you tell me where and when this happened?

Amazing experience ordering from Lisa…
Amazing experience ordering from Lisa Woods Home! The scents are absolutely amazing, the wax melts fill my entire house with fragrance and Lisa personally made sure I received my order for when I needed it by. I am a returning customer as I first bought from Lisa from a market but had to reorder from the website to stock up as I’ve never had such strong smelling wax melts before! Highly recommend!

Wax melt burner & melts
I bought a lovely wax burner and some wax melts from Lisa. I wasn't sure which ones to try so she was really helpful in helping me choose and they were really lovely. They have lasted a really long time too. I have since bought some as presents for others. Speedy delivery, great service, would recommend.

Great quality, great value for money
Got this as a present for my partner for Christmas. She absolutely adored it! The melts smell great and last ages. The burner looks great in our living room too. Will definitely be reordering!
