Why don't authorities shut this fraudster company down???

Advertises high quality clothing then sends cheap polyester and plastic knock-offs.

Refuses to issue full refunds, offering partial [50%] refunds; won't provide return address; tries sob stories about how difficult business is

Helpfully suggests donating the clothing to charity or giving it as a gift [as if!]

This company deserves zero stars! These guys blatantly commit fraud, and are basically thieves.

I paid $160 for five birdhouses on stakes. The advertising implied that these were full-size birdhouses, as they were pictured next to a woman's head for size comparison (this picture has since been deleted from their website). It was also implied that they were as tall as the model in the picture. In the advertising, there were "real" birds perched on the birdhouses.

What I actually received is 5 birdhouses, but the largest one was approx 4" tall, and the rest were smaller than that. I can't even fit my pinky finger into the hole that a real bird is supposed to use.

I have emailed them four times to request a refund, but they refuse to refund my money. They tell you that you have to return the product (which is fair), but they refuse to provide the address.

This is their "solution" to my repeated requests for a refund: "we suggest you keep this item or donate it to someone in need. As a token of our appreciation, we would like to give you a 30% discount coupon for your next purchase."

First of all, I am not going to donate $160. And no one NEEDS miniature birdhouses anyways.

And secondly, do they really think I would buy anything else from them after this experience?!?!

This is a fraud company. They sell a very cheap and low quality watches and products. They send you the products different than what you order, like different color, different designs etc.
Beware that they charge a hidden membership charges when you order anything without you knowing when place the order and they keep charging it monthly automatically until you email them to cancel.
Very poor customer support, the number provided on their website is fake and doesn’t connect. They don’t reply for the wrong products they send you. Very bad experience, if any positive feedback available they all fake.

Oh how I wish I had read reviews before I ordered from this fraudulent, scamming company. The laundry baskets look fantastic on the site, but are horrible in actuality. I ordered several and they are not willing to take them back or refund the money. If I could give -5 stars, I would!!!

After ordering one laundry basket that I loved, I ordered 3 more in various sizes and designs. They are not actually quilted but seem quite sturdy and well-constructed and I love the way the image wraps all the way around the product so it looks great from all perspectives. There was an unfortunate error with my second order when incorrect designs were shipped. Customer service responded promptly to my emails and after a series of correspondence agreed to ship the correct items that I had originally ordered. It takes a while so you have to be patient but now I have all the laundry bags I had wanted in really nice designs that look good and I expect them to be very useful.

I would give them zero star if I could. This company has false advertising: they advertised as having orthopedic shoes, however the shoes are of poor quality and have a strong chemical odor. This company is under the guise of being an American based company, however items ship from China. It too almost a month to receive my order. The return process is horrible. Do not order from this company.

This company appears to be a US company until you order and get your shipping information. Once the order was received the product (sandals) were very cheap and three sizes too large. I tried to return and was given a whole list of things I had to do before they would even consider a refund. I was told I would have to pay shipping costs if approval was given for a return. I ended up donating the sandals to charity.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is a FAKE Chinese company pretending to based outta Colorado. Their website is nice. Their products look good.

It is 100% false advertising. Item arrives and it’s cheap plastic material printed when the ad says quilted and embroidered.

No help on “returns” they say it takes a month to ship back. Would cost $20 and I’m better off donating the item to someone in need. Are you kidding me? $39 plus shipping for a ghetto laundry basket.

Complete and utter scam. Stay away.
