Brilliant business
Received my nappies very quickly with tracking details too. I had a couple of questions and they were answered swiftly. Very helpful and a lovely business. The nappies are great. So comfy for my daughter and love the patterns

Really good products
Really good products, feel.like good quality and nice patterns.
The insert was missing when parcel arrived but I emailed the company and got a very quick response with no quibble they sent the missing insert out, which arrived promptly and gave extra reward points for the inconvenience. Will be buying from them again.

Seemed to take quite some time to be…
Seemed to take quite some time to be delivered even though I ordered other things at a later date that arrived sooner via Royal Mail. There was lack of comminication with no idea when the nappies were due and no tracking details or anything.

We are sorry to see you feel your delivery took a long time and there was insufficient communication. We are always available to chat through out website. Just click on the icon in the right hand bottom corner.
I have taken a look into your order and I can see we sent two emails to you. One on 24/12 at 13:02 when you placed your order and one on 26/12 at 10:35 when it was dispatched 2nd class to you. The second of these emails contained your tracking details.
Upon checking your tracking details I can see that your parcel was delivered to you at 10.10am on 31/12 just 7 days after you ordered even during the Christmas bank holidays.
If you wish to discuss this with us any further then please do contact us however i am unsure what else we could have done to get your order to you quicker.

Fabulous nappies and great service!
Me & my partner have ordered a few times now, because the nappies are just adorable and a great price. The service is always so quick and our order has always been dispatched the same day or the morning after. Lilly’s is our go-to website now when we want new prints :)
