Excellent quality product but did seem expensive when I ordered it as I was comparing it with the basic block transformers. It appears to be very well made.

Faulty and no response from Customer Services after 2 attempts reporting this., uploading photos etc. So our Xmas is not lit up!

Needed to purchase this to connect outdoor lights that don’t come with a plug. The cable from the power pack is very short which means you need to pay an extra £19 for an extension cable. The length of the cable from the pack to the main Lights are a joke.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with the length of the cable on the Plus Connect Plug with Driver. We understand how frustrating it can be to need an additional extension so soon after purchase. Your comments are really helpful, and we’ll be passing them on to our product team for review. If there's anything we can do to assist further, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team. Lights4fun ✨
