Poor Customer Service
Ordered a really cool light for my son, received confirmation of despatch, then a message from the courier to say they hadn't been handed the package for delivery. Turns the item wasn't actually available! So disappointing to be told it was despatched when in fact, it never was. Accurate and honest communication would have made this situation completely different and not as frustrating.

Fine product well shipped
The mother child lights are strong light and stable and safe for a halogen light. Great for older people with not such great eyesight. Was told the day it would be delivered and the hour.

Great customer service. Very helpful.
Chandeliers in stock. Unlike most other details who had to order them taking around a week.
Next day delivery before 12.
Good value for money.

Circular bathroom mirror
Delighted with the mirror, the price, the packing and delivery. One small quibble was that it was quite hard to find the shape I wanted via the search, but I persevered and it paid off. Thanks!.
