Outstanding customer service.
I bought the Hogwarts Castle lighting kit from Amazon and one of the parts was defective. Customer support was friendly and they acted quickly to send a replacement part, which works perfectly.
I highly recommend.

Broke one of my Ninjago Garden lightning cord myself however after contacting the helpdesk they shipped me a new one for free! Thats what I call great aftercare! keep up the good work!!!!

We purchased a lighting kit and one little piece was missing. They were very quick to ship the missing part and we are very happy. Great to work with a company that strives to make every order correct!!!

The installation of the light kit for the 42111 was fun. Even if someone may also understably have some difficulties with all the small wires & plugs, they do feel to have a certain level of sturdiness. Furthermore, most importantly, the instruction booklet's really well-made & makes it sort of easy to follow.
One downside: the receiver board I initially got was unfortunately broken. Big plus, however, there was excellent service with really fast replacement.
Well, above all, it really looks cool when finished!

We purchased a light set from Lightailing for our Star Wars Lego set. The light system makes the set look alive. Very well done...unfortunately we had issues with original set in which a couple of lights came damaged. Actually, no issue as Lightailing guarantees their product and will send you a replacement. Only issue I had was how long it took to arrive, but at same token, they would immediately respond when I would email them. I would recommend this company.

Great product, I bought the Milenium Falcon and the A wing kit and those lights are great addition to my models. The instruction are very eazy to follow. I had a problem with one of the light being broken and the support team was super helpfull I got my replacement in no time. Thank you for this!

Bei unserem Beleuchtung Set war die Batterie Box defekt. Uns wurde segr unbüeikratisch eine neue Box geliefert und nun ist alles gut.

I had a problem with a board and a connector wire for my Bugatti. Customer support provided immediate assistance and shipped replacement parts in a short amount of time. I was able to fix the problem quickly.

Because of their support, I bought the light kit for the ‘67 Mustang and installed with no issues. Both look really cool with lights on and the room lights off.

Customer service responded very quickly and was willing to replace defective items. I found out the problem was on my side but they were still very friendly, fast with their responses, and willing to replace parts to make things right.

I have purchased from Lightailing 3 times now. Everything arrives in the time window promised, and overall have been very happy with their kits. Had a kit break for the Doctor Who set, while installing it. I contacted them and just received my replacement today along with a small surprise gift. Everything works perfectly and they use real Lego so happy with the company and their customer service!

Ogni prodotto viene testato prima di essere spedito, tanto che su ogni sacchettino c’è il bollo di garanzia di corretto funzionamento. Il servizio clienti è efficientissimo, rispondono il diretta in chat sul sito, oppure via mail al massimo dopo qualche ora, e sempre con alta qualità di risposta e di aiuto.

Der Kontakt mit dem Service ist hervorragend, da schnelle Unterstützung kam. Ich hatte ein Lichtset für das Lego Technic Modell Ford Raptor bestellt. Beim Einbau löste sich aus einer Steckverbindung das Kabel aus dem Stecker, weshalb die Innenbeleuchtung des Modells nicht funktioniert. Nach Reklamation und Einsendung eines Fotos wurde mir unverzüglich Ersatz zugesagt.
Als Hinweis an den Hersteller empfehle ich eine farbige Markierung von Stecker und Steckleiste, um diese korrekt zusammenstecken zu können, da die bildliche Darstellung besonders wegen der filigranen Bauteile nicht eindeutig genug ist. Auch sind die Verlegehinweise der Kabel im Modell auf den Bildern in der Anleitung zu undeutlich zu erkennen. Hier wäre eine schwarz-weiß-Darstellung sicherlich besser oder eine Zeichnung.
