Do not buy anything from this website theye are 100%scammer taken my money £352 just in a few seconds after ordered an item and after i cant finde them anymore.The email adress /phone nr given on this site is invalid and the adress where the company are registered its a fake location you can check on the Googlemaps. Definitely scammer!!🚫🚫🚫🚫

If you still want to buy, have a look at their 'About Us' page. No company number, no VAT number and their address is a semi detached house. You can also try calling the number on their site and see if anyone answers. Now, for my experience:
Like the other reviews, I ordered an item, and it looked legit at the time. For those thinking of ordering:
1. Everything will look legit (they are professional scammers)
2. On the day of delivery, you will get an email saying their driver attempted to deliver to the wrong address and that delivery is rescheduled and they will give you a goodwill toaster
3. The delivery will fail again and the goodwill is reiterated
4. If you then cancel, you have a long cancellation document to complete. Please make the effort
5. They will confirm cancellation and give a date when your refund will be processed. This will never happen
6. Raise a disputed transaction with your bank at the same time as cancelling the order.
7. The company will attempt to bribe you with rewards if you withdraw the dispute (please do not fall for this)
Once you get the money back make complaints to trading standards and others to take this scammer out.

Wish I'd have checked here before ordering, ordered a new dishwasher, should have arrived today but got an email saying it had been sent to wrong address, It was rescheduled for 5 days time with a free toaster. Looks like they say the same to everyone, I've got an email confirmation of it being cancelled and I submitted a refund form, im not counting on getting my money back without having to go through my banks claim process. These websites seem to be coming more and more common, Google really needs to start reviewing websites before they include them in their searches.

I do not trust this site/company - Delivery did not arrive, and they promised me a free toaster and their next delivery in 5 days time!......Look at the Company on Companies House - not filed any accounts and the owner is from Zimbabwe. I'm having to go through the fraud procedure with Lloyds now to get my money back - right pain! I will certainly not use this company again.

This is a fake company who have stolen another companies photos. We paid for a Samsung American fridge/freezer to be delivered on the 22/05/26. However, they do not have any appliances to sell. They take your money and don't turn up on delivery day. I had a text, after my appliance should have been delivered, to say they would now deliver the following week. This unfortunately now means the bank won't investigate until after that date. I have reported to 'Action Fraud' and the bank. I don't understand why Google are still promoting this 'company' in their search engine. They must be able to check before taking the money for advertising!!

SCAM WEBSITE - don’t buy any goods from this website. Total fraud. Based in Spain not UK at all. They take your money and you will never see the goods. Emails & calls never answered despite appearing very nice initially on website chat function. As all other reviews state on supposed delivery day goods are ‘accidentally’ sent to wrong address and they’ll reschedule with free toaster included. Then rescheduled and rescheduled never arriving. Scam. Reported. Needs shut down ASAP.

Unfortunately I didn't check trustpilot before I ordered from them and have also been a victim of scamming.

My order was supposed to be delivered 14/05/2026 and was apparently sent to the wrong address and rescheduled for 21/05/2026. I was also offered the toaster in the form of compensation for this mix up and waited for the new delivery date.

The 21st rolls around and I received another email to tell me this has also been delivered to the wrong address and will come 28/05/2026. Further promises of free gifts or compensation and that all involved would be fired.

I have tried to call them numerous time and can never get hold of anyone by phone or chat, as neither seem to work.

I cancelled my order and filled out their refund form where it states refunds will be processed within 14 days. My refund didn't come. I reached out to them to chase and was told that they cannot refund to my original card and needed my bank details. I was also told it would take 120 days!!! for a refund to be processed by BACS.
Further to this, as I have been consistently chasing them, I have been asked for my bank statements and utility bills having been told this is a standard verification process.

Their website has also blocked my IP address. Which was confirmed as I could see it when using a VPN. Their warehouse at the addresses stated do not exist and the images are AI generated.

I have never, ever been asked for this before and refuse to supply them with this information.
They have been reported with my credit card company and have failed to respond to their enquiries either. I have also logged a report with action fraud (ref: RF26060287548C if anyone wishes to add to it) and police. I will also be reporting them to Trading Standards and Companies House.

I feel extremely badly for LIFESTYLE APPLIANCES, as they are getting negative and angry reviews having been mistaken for "LIFESTYLE HOME APPLIANCES." They have even had to make a statement on their website about this.

THIS WHOLE SITE IS FAKE! THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND I WILL NOT RECIVE MY APPLIANCE. PHONE IS NEVER ANSWERED. INDEPENDANTLEY SENT EMAILS ARE UNDELIVERED. SAME EMAILS SENT TO EVERYONE WITH VARIOUS EXCUSES AND PROMISES............ALL UTTER RUBBISH. MY BANK IS IN PROCESS OF RECLAIMING MONEY AND I AM VERY CONFIDENT OF SUCCESS. JUST AVOID IS THE BEST THING TO DO AND SPREAD THE WORD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT buy from this company website they are scammers - same experience as reviews already on Trust Pilot, order is placed, delivery is delayed continuously week on week with promises of gift compensation or money off when delivered. When I received first delayed delivery email, contents seemed very strange - it included the wrong delivery address they claimed it was sent to. Reported to my bank who have taken up dispute for refund. I won’t be having any further contact with them.

Further update 30 May - I’ve had no further contact, left dispute with my bank. However Friday seems to be the day they continue to send out their nonsense excuse emails, be aware latest email shows they have changed their scamming operation name to Leonorr Logistic - it’s a Spanish website. Suspect it’s probably due to amount of bank disputes and reviews on Trust Pilot so keep updating if you have any experiences.

Beware this is a scam website - with low prices to hook your purchases.

Stay away from these scammers!! totally agree with another review here, had the same experience, placed an order and they never deliver, they keep you on the hook with promises to add a gift and delay the delivery forever, then if you ask for refund they require you to fill in their form in which they ask for 9 digits of your credit card! I had to get the refund from my bank as I'd never share such information. Also noticed many irregularities on their website, they show pictures of a nice building and store, and I google-searched the images and they belong to another store! they've just changed the logo, unbelievable.. also searched the address on the web and it looked like a residential area, no shop or warehouse, then this week they simply removed the address. As said, stay away from them

Beware! This is a fake store that will take your money.

I've filed a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

I have gone to the police and you should too.

There is more to this story than just a scamming appliances store.
