Everything from the start of this experience was dealt with compassionately, professionally and with understanding that this process can be nerve wracking for all parties involved. Unfortunately, I had been previously tested by a con man, who used an outdated system and techniques which are not supported by the UKPA (he is not a member of UKPA). After receiving incorrect test results, I sought help from the Lie Detector Teat company and everything was handled in the best way. Mike, the examiner, made himself available to me after his working hours, answering all the questions I had. He gave me the assurance I needed to retake the test with confidence. It was because of Mike and his processes that the correct test results are now known. I can’t thank him enough and would strongly encourage anyone needing this service to look no further.

A massive thank you to Mike for yesterday, who made my whole experience welcoming and friendly after a traumatic experience with another examiner. Mike was calming and reassuring when I first contacted him , he got me booked in within 2 days. Meeting Mike I instantly felt at ease and he made everything very clear within his explanation of what the procedure would entail. I can’t thank him enough for giving me back my life and innocence! Whilst this process is very harrowing and nerve wracking, Mike was extremely calming and made the whole process so much easier to undertake, very calming and professional, would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Mike, he is very professional, he made me feel very comfortable and at ease.
I called to discuss my options and I was booked in within a few days to have my test.
On test day he was calming, talked through the test and didn’t rush me.
I got the results I needed to clear my name, so for that I am truly thankful.

This wasn’t something I wanted to do, I thought of the whole thing as degrading and awful however Mike made me feel completely at ease and it was so easy - just tell the truth!

1st time I have had to have anything like this done so I was very nervous. But Mike wad brilliant and really calmed my nerves. He even drove from down south on a 4hr drive to thr north east to complete the test at Newcastle which I thought was amazing. Such a lovely man and really trustworthy. I’ve had to use Mike and his team a few times for a few different reasons and they always make you relaxed and at ease and carry out a through test so that all the high standards are met

When I contacted Mike he was very accommodating and organised. I got a test booked in very quickly and efficiently. Paul, who completed the test for me, was very professional and made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend and cannot thank them enough.

I knew very little about polygraph tests but following research I finally decided to take a test. It was an anxious time but after speaking to Mike & meeting Paul I felt more at ease.
Paul was calm, professional & explained the procedure in detail, no surprises. I received my result, firstly by telephone, then followed by a written report within the hour.
It can’t be an easy time if you feel the need to take a polygraph test, but this company/staff are professional & have no hesitation in recommending them.

Mike completely put me at ease he even happily accommodated a same day appointment. I had felt so worried that although I was telling the truth it could show as a lie due to anxiety but the process was explained so clearly and this combined with Mike’s sincere non-judgement attitude allowed me to relax and take the test to prove I had told the truth.

This will go a long way to getting my life back on track!
