Neil provides an excellent service
Neil provides an excellent service. He is easy to contact and talk to. Neil is honest and accomodating and made the whole process extremely accessible and easy. I came from long term use of a different broker and Neil has illuminated just how inferior the experience was to that which Neil makes available. I actually enjoyed the process of obtaining finance with Neil and look forward to investigating another opportunity soon.

At a time in my life when I felt all was lost, I was referred to Neil Robinson at Liberty at Warners Bay NSW. From the very first meeting Neil was the light at the end of the tunnel. Neil steered me in the right direction and has shown nothing but patience and kindness from Day One. He helped me greatly, always 100% supportive with any enquiries. Neil Robinson is very professional and thorough in explaining processes when I refinanced my mortgage. Not having a great understanding of the financial world, I put my faith in Neil and I've never looked back. Thankyou Neil and your lovely helpful office staff for your guidance, in helping me purchase my home and the ability to continue to make improvements to my property. What an experience. They say timing is everything, we sold and got pre-approved when COVID hit. The development we had lined up collapsed so we changed tact. Neil kept in contact through it all so we could update him, when we found something Neil went above and beyond the secure the best loan possible which happened last minute thankfully. I highly recommend Neil to anyone seeking to finance.

Neil and Donna were excellent in wrangling with Westpac and dealing with their questions. Neil is easy to communicate with and is honest and up front with fees, time restrictions etc. and no problem was too big. We compared interest rates between competitors, talked through them all and trusted what Neil advised. Great experience!
