Poor experience overall. I was given incorrect fitment advice which led to purchasing a full exhaust system that didn’t fit my bike. This resulted in additional costs for a mobile mechanic and wasted time.
To their credit, they acknowledged the mistake and initially offered 40% compensation, which I accepted. However, after returning the system as instructed, they retracted the compensation and changed the terms, claiming it only applied under conditions that were never clearly communicated.
While I did receive a refund, the handling of the situation and failure to honour the agreed compensation was disappointing.

Got a cbr650f full exhaust sistem from them. Very fast delivery well packed and all accessories in box. Unfortunately i couldn't find any instructions to put everything together. Exhaust itself is very easy to assemble but i was struggling with the exhaust bracket as no instructions in box or found on the Internet. Unfortunately I asked them about the db killer which apparently is included with some kits. They suggested to buy a universal one from them whrn i message them. To be honest they could have included that for just 10 pounds. Overall very happy with the sound and quality so far. Hopefully I will never have to use their lifetime warranty but we'll see.

They sent a completely different, useless product, I don't recommend it to anyone, buy a slightly more expensive one from another company, but you'll definitely get something good. I even lost quite a bit of money because of them.

Terrible customer service, even worse fitting exhausts.
Go and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
Ive currently got some scrap metal fitted to my bike that I've paid to get fitted and it may aswell go in to bin. Hits parts of the sump, frame and cant be moved as either part it hits is on either side of the exhaust.

The only response I've had is youve fitted it wrong.
Poor service. Poor attitude.

Ordered CBR 650f low level CP1 full system, was perfect no issues sounds great. Baffle didn’t fit so got in touch sent me a new one straight away 10/10 customer service

Recently took delivery of an exhaust system for my 2019 mt09, good communication from Lextek before I made the order, fitting was straight forward enough and fits well although I did need some paste for the slip on, I have the xp8c end can with removable baffle, the sound is excellent and looks amazing. For the price point you can’t go wrong and a lifetime guarantee! Would definitely recommend Lextek products.

I ordered an exhaust header that did not fit correctly due to incorrect pipe angles and lengths. I contacted them via their support portal and via email but was eventually fobbed off and they stopped responding even after asking me for photos which I went through the effort of taking and uploading for them. They would rather leave the consumer holding the issue than deal with it themselves. They don't care. They really don't.

Not the best responders, sticker came off when i opened it because it was half stuck on and no response for weeks about maby replacing it....they're just lucky it looks and sounds bloomin good! :,) also rubber round bracket already cracking... any ideas?? I did buy have a spare however 🧐 cheers any way forget about the free branding ad with the sticker 🤣

I personally would like to thank Lextec for an amazing service that they provide for me I bought a slip on exhaust system for my Kawasaki z900 and I must admit that the quality is absolutely brilliant and it’s made my bike look and sound amazing compared with some of the top names in exhaust systems I think that Lextec will be a market leader if you ever get a problem with fitting there systems they are straight back to you 💯brilliant company

First of all on arrival no gaskets supplied ! Then after stripping out my exhaust ( which was a nitemare because you also have to remove the centre stand ) only to discover the hole in the lextek exhaust pipes is to big to fit the o2 sensor back onto it (even with the supplied attachment) what makes it worse is that there phone number is a premium rate number which mobile phone companies don't let you ring so you can only contact them via email !! Shouldn't expect this much hassle after spending £300!!!!!!

Had an sp09 fitted to my triumph tiger 900 gt pro through the development program. Great turn around and link pipe and end can are great quality. Will soon be buying a new end cans for my gpz1100s and for my honda vfr800f. Good looking kit and sounds awesome.

OMG!!! I just fit the Lextek muffler’s to my RE Interceptor 650. They’re…amazing! The snap, crackle n pop, together with the monstrous pipe chord going thru the gears, is just amazing! Soooo happy! Tks Lextek!

purchased a Lextek op1 exhaust system for Lexmoto Milano/Ajs Modena 125 and fitted with the supplied bracket and fixings etc.
The bike was run for aprox 40miles and sounded great until the down pipe completely sheared at the welded joint at the cylinder.
Lextek customer services asked for photos which i sent and they said the bike had been in an accident and the would not honor their life time warranty.
to add insult to injury a replacement down pipe is now out of stock so i am left with a completely unusable bike.

Fast comms, fast delivery, great quality exhaust. Fitted perfectly and if anything better quality than the OEM pipe. Very neat welding and overall appearance superior to the original at a fraction of the cost.

They never respond to email queries! Does anyone actually monitor emails? Must lose a lot of business by not replying.

Terrible service ordered full system and they sent a 2nd hand product out this is bang out of order paid near 1000 for it will be taking legal advice on these people

Paid for exhaust system be carefully guys the product they sent out was a copy from ebay please stay away from this company its chinese cheap rubbish pay extra customer service really bad

Ordered some levers that the system told me would fit my bike, delivery was extremely quick and decided to put them on. Brake lever went on easily enough. Got to the clutch side and again went on easy ish, had to mess around with it a little but it went in in the end. Got everything bolted up and adjusted and the lever and found it was coming into contact with the switchgear. Emailed lextek and had a response within 30 minutes of my email had a bit of back and forth trying to figure out the issue (couldn’t provide pics as my cameras broken) but Kein has been absolutely fantastic in resolving my issue and had the correct pair shipped to me the day after. Fantastic service provided and highly recommend this company. Will definitely be shopping with them again. Maybe looking at a manifold in the near future hehe.

I've bought many products from Lextek and everything has been flawless. I've had a few issues with the Hook style indicators however each time I run into an issue, customer support is right on the case and sends me a replacement. I don't fault this company.

Easy to find product on website. Product was perfect for my 07 fz1.
