After 3 card failures over last year , this weekend was the final straw , the card was less than 6 months old

The cards are not lasting errors , corrupts not reading .

Contacted lexar and was advised to download their software , the software did not even see the card , re messaged explaining I had tried the software explained that it didn't read them ,
they advised to send to a data recovery company

I've got a bunch of USB sticks, many of them pretty cheaply made, but the lexar one (which was coincidentally also the biggest one i had in my repertoire up until now) was the first one that failed on me. I bought it only 2 years or so ago, but it definitely was the last stick i bought from them.

I've just bought a Lexar 256 Data Vault Lite. All I wanted was a large capacity flash drive with security. It was just under £30 so not cheap.
However to my amazement, one can not toggle through pics. You have to open and close each one individually. Making this utterly useless. Even the most basic of drives have this facility.
The helpline told me I need to upgrade for an additional £14! So the basic unit that I bought is like a nice car but with no engine. I may as well throw it away.

Do not buy these products

We purchased several Lexar USB S75 64GB JumpDrives for our business. They all failed within minutes and the encryption program would not load. We contacted Lexar tech support and they simply said that their products have no guarantee and there is nothing they can do to help. We will not purchase Lexar products again due to such poor performance and total lack of support.

Évitez d'acheter cette marque qui ne respecte rien, alors que les cartes sont garanties à vie, il ne rembourse pas au bout de 15 jours.

SAV recognizes the problem and promises a refund, but nothing happens except words, and no money!
Avoid buying this brand that respects nothing, while the cards are guaranteed for life, it does not reimburse after 15 days.

SERIOUSLY, DO NOT BUY EVER FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY HAVE BEEN HOLDING MY MONEY FOR A MONTH AND TELL ME TO WAIT EVERYTIME...

Mein USB Stick Lexar Jump Drive Stick funktioniert nicht mehr. Garantie ist noch reichlich vorhanden.
Nach ewigem hin- und her mit dem Lexar Service wollte dieser den Kaufpreis per Paypal erstatten. Inzwischen sind über 4 Wochen vergangen und nichts wurde erstattet.
Man entschuldigte sich, will über das Refund-Team eskalieren, aber das wird wohl ewig so weiter gehen.

Produkte von Lexar kommen nicht mehr in Frage.

OK when it was working, but like others have stated you have absolutely no chance of a replacement or refund if/when it fails.
Here is the reply they will send when you ask about an update on your refund, the same reply, every time, again and again, until you give up...

Meine MicroSD Karte ging nach etwar einem halben Jahr nicht mehr. Ich habe den Kundenservice kontaktiert und dort hieß es, dass sie mir mein Geld zurück überweisen mit Paypal. Ich warte jetzt seit ca. einem Monat darauf und auf ernete kontaktversuche wird nicht reagiert. Ich bin zu tiefst enttäuscht von Lexar. NIE WIEDER!

I have been waiting over 6 months for a refund on a failed Lexar Pro Micro SD. I had to pay to ship it back, and at first they were going to send me a new one, and now it's a refund. They keep coming up with different excuses every time I reach out, and also keep telling me that they can't give me an kind of date or timeline when I should expect a refund? Is that some kind of joke? Is that even customer service at all? If I could give zero stars, I would. I will never buy another Lexar product again.

Don't buy anything from this company.
Been waiting since July this year for my refund for a faulty SD card. I would have preferred a replacement but they said I had to have a refund. They say they have a backlog. Worst company I've ever dealt with.

Leider habe ich mit Lexar nur unangenehme Erfahrungen machen müssen. Ich musste 2 Speicherkarten reklamieren, da diese nach kurzer Zeit nicht funktionieren. Seit Wochen schreibe ich den Support an, um gerademal 18 Euro (Kaufpreis) zu erstatten. Firma Lexar scheint große Zahlungsschwierigkeiten zu haben, denn immer wieder wird mir folgendes mitgeteilt: "Auch beachten Sie bitte, dass wir derzeit Überweisungen via PayPal limitiert sind, deswegen brauchen wir ziemlich mehr Zeit, um Rückerstattungen an allen Kunden zu schicken." Spricht für sich. Inzwischen warte ich 6 Wochen auf die Zahlung.
Ich kann nur abraten, Produkte dieser Firma zu kaufen.

It took 6 months to get my replacement micro SD card, and when it came it was an SD. When I finally received the right card, I was charged $25 in duty fees. Its been 2 months and still waiting for a credit. This is probably the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

Bought an SD card reader, failed on first use when it fell apart. I was told it would not be replaced as it was impossible that they would have shipped a faulty product. Euro support promised a call from a manager, never happened. Social media team kept promising to escalate and have someone get in touch but they never did. Would never buy lexar again, stick to sandisk.

Purchased a high end Lexar memory card to back up our training files. Backed it up and after six months the card died and not information could be retrieved. Lexar send replacement card to cover my initial costs, but did nothing about the £10,000 in losses due to lost information. Explanation, basically sorry about that. I asked for compensation and suggested another card however they said no. Even sent a message to the CEO who did not respond. If youre going to create a product that SMEs like mine rely on than try to ensure they work! 😡😡😡😡 Very poor Lexar, defiantly going to be venting my feeling on social media and using San Disk from now on.
