My husband received a phonecall from Anton on chrsitmas eve 2023 to tell him he'd won 100k. Amazing! We were absolutely shocked but over the moon. We was told by Anton on a live instagram stream that the money would be put straight into our bank account.

And that is we're the celebrations ended. £60000 was received in bits and pieces over 4 months, was given sob stories and my husband was very supportive trying to help Anton. That's where the communication ended. Months have gone by, no replies but yet is STILL doing giveaways. We're not the only ones to be stung by this. Numerous others have too.

STAY AWAY! We would have rather not had won anything then be chasing someone. Absolute sham of a business.

HOWEVER,

Won on an instant win 16th October. Still no response or even attempt to pay. Comments turned off on page, not opening messages but continued to post another competition. 😢 Been playing from the beginning. Sad times

Draw has been pushed back without any clear communication, bought tickets today and checked the results to see that the draw has been pushed back 2 days. Disappointing, especially as they have advertised and openly stated they do not delay draws. Other people are saying they have not received money, clearly severe mismanagement has gone on here.

This is not the first time I’ve played on this site, in fact a year or so ago, maybe more, I witnessed draws being pushed back then, and at the time felt bad as there were lots of things going wrong back then. It’s absolutely astonishing that 1 or 2 years later, this is still happening. At this point, no excuse, this is pure mismanagement and comps should be stopped whilst this mayhem is going on..

6 weeks since I won £3000. I have sent many messages with no response but eventually a couple of weeks ago I was assured I’d have the money within days however there has been no further response. I’m now beginning to wonder if I’ll ever get it. It’s a shame as I’d been playing for a long time and thought I had finally won something.

Won 2 giveaways, 1st was paid £650 within 2 hours. However, won £600 10 days ago and have no response from emails nor SMS. Website is now down probable exit scam.

Won a BMW M3 or £18k cash. Took the cash and nearly 3 weeks later have not been payed and now they are not answering any of my messages or emails.

Genuine company ignore the sore loser 1 star reviews, Anton deserves much more.
Id only used level up a hand full of times and didn’t win but then I entered a comp for a golf r with 1 minute to go till the draw closed and then 10 minutes later my name came up on the Facebook live as the winner. A week later I was driving it… I know unbelievable but it’s true. I have entered the odd one since then and haven’t won again yet but if you’re not in it you can’t win it. I can’t vouch for other competitors but for level up there’s no doubt they're definitely a legitimate and honest company

Won £2.5k been waiting over 4 weeks,There’s no sign of payments still, just excuses after excuses. Taking more money and doing live draws and not paying the winners and I know I’m not the only one… stay away if I were you .

I won a ticket to the 100k towards a house off a mini competition worth £20. That competition was cancelled and a refund or double site credit was promised. 7 weeks later and multiple emails sent with no reply and still no site credit. Awful customer service!!!
