Beware of purchasing from this company

I purchased a set of wireless earbuds via Amazon from Letscom which stopped working after 1 month. The listing for the earbuds has disappeared from Amazon (I planned to write a review their) and, after agreeing with me by email that they had to be replaced or refunded, customer service said "...their CRM wasn't working..." and suggested I pursue Amazon, and then went dark. A call to their 800 # goes dead too.

Brilliant service!

I bought a fitness watch for my niece. When it stopped working I contacted the company and they sent a replacement straight away. Great service. Would recommend.

I have been pleased with my smart…

I have been pleased with my smart watch. It has all the features I want and is as accurate as I need however the changing points broke as I removed the strap. I contacted letscom by email. They responded straight away and posted me a replacement within a couple of days. That’s what I call great customer service.

You get a lot more than what you paid for!

Their prices may create the impression that the products low-quality knockoffs, but this is one of the few cases where you get a lot more than what you pay for (even arrived packed in boxes as nice as any box Apple products are shipped in).
I own two Letscom products: Bluetooth earphones and a wireless charger and I can say without any reservation the quality and performance of both is outstanding.
I am using the earphones regularly for close to an year now and the charger for a couple months and I am more than satisfied with the performance.
Last but not least: You get one additional year of extended warranty by registering the product on their website and their customer service is outstanding.
I want to stress that this review is not solicited and I have not received any compensation for posting it!!!

Literally this is the worst company I have dealt with to this day
They sell on Amazon, a number of items yet they are scammers!
The smartwatch you could probably buy at the moment is the worst one around!
Apart from the company attempting to offer you 10 euros only if you leave them 5-star feedback, I have evidence of this and I will post it when I have the opportunity.

The watch itself looks great and stylish, it's just a pity the seller stopped there!

If it at least had semi-decent software then I wouldn't give the seller such ha hard time but this thing is so inaccurate it's just not worth anything really! if you want to look cool I guess and say to people you own a smartwatch then maybe but the watch is anything but smart.

Some missing and very important features are as follows,

1) A Camera
2) Decent software with a better range of features
3) An accurate sensor so you get accurate readings
4) The ability to make a call
5) A microphone
6) A speaker
7) Considering they make a big fuss about how easy it is to remove the straps, a set of both plastic and a set of more premium watch straps would be great
8) A decent screen protector which I am sure they could supply, or at least warn you that this is easily scratched!
9) Customer Service who actually care for their customers!
10) Literally all the above together with a better swelling ethical base would be great!!!!!

Hope this helps, I have attached some of the email communications we have had, this is just a very small amount there is a great deal of communication however I have literally just got to the points where they implicate themselves in the feedback scam!!! As soon as I can I will upload the emails they have sent to me which include the following;

Now you have seen a few of the email correspondence between myself and this supplier of substandard merchandise you can have a better understanding of the company, who they are, what they are doing in order to get the feedback they do (buy it!!!) plus the lack of care or quality of their products be aware!

I have evidence to back up all I have said and the example emails are just a few I have used so if you require more just ask!
