The online process is very userfriendly, I say this as someone who is not tech savvy. Robert quickly responds to emails, and he calls you back.

1. Not a single contact person. You sometimes changed the contact persons, which made me confused.
2. Late response or no reply. I often didn't have immediate responses. Sometimes I didn't get no reply until I requested again.
