I'm putting my comments on here because I am pretty sure Leekes are cherry picking cherry what reviews go's on there site and stops my posting on their website

Thank you for your response regarding my previous comments about your company. I still stand by what I said about your employees overall, although my experience with Chris in the bathroom department has left me extremely disappointed.

I was ready to go ahead with a bathroom purchase costing around £3,000 and instructed Chris to proceed with arranging the fitter. I was then told the fitting alone would cost £4,000 — more than the bathroom itself. To me, that is completely unreasonable.

According to Chris, the fitter wanted to remove and redo all of the electrics, despite not actually carrying out any electrical work as part of the installation. I honestly don’t know who was taking the Mickey — the fitter or Chris.

Needless to say, we will not be going ahead. If anyone else is considering using this fitting service after purchasing a bathroom, I genuinely wish you luck.

If there was a zero, it would be too good to rate the experience I am having with this company right now. I have spent 10,000 with this store at their Bilston branch on new lounge flooring, fitted bedroom and bedroom carpet. I booked the fltter they recommended and as we live in a small house, I booked a holiday so that myself and my husband and our two dogs could be out of the way whilst works commenced. Despite me visiting the store two or three times for tweaks to the design as the fit originally designed was too tight, they have still got it wrong. The bedroom was delivered on Thursday and the entire lot has had to go back. I am told by the designer that the software does not match the products they sell. Furthermore, they are having to redesign again and are now saying they cannot get the order out to me for a minimum of two weeks. The problem here is, my fitter is booked for this week, my holiday which is now ruined due to all this stress is booked for this week and the entire upstairs of my house is upside down and unlivable . I have asked for money off the price which they have said no to, even though I am not getting the products I have paid for and Leekes have not yet offered a courier to fetch these items from the supplier seeing as the supplier cannot get them out to me this week as planned. The whole experience is an utter shambles. I certainly won't shop with them again and will be sharing this experience with as many people as I can so that they do not have this same problem.
10th May - Manager has called me and they are trying to sort the issue out. Still not happy with timescales .
12th May - New designs have been sent but not the bedroom I have paid for as the corner wardrobes are no longer an option. Awaiting news of whether this will be compensated and the new installation date. At least Tom the store manager has kept me up to date on what is happening and is genuinely trying to resolve it I believe. Time will tell.
16th May - No word yet on delivery or installation date
18th May - Still no word on delivery or installation date. Its been 6 days since I agreed to the new design and nothing. Never have I regretted a purchase so much in my life.
18th May PM - Tom the store manager has called to break the news that the bedroom cannot be delivered until 11th June, meaning I now have to live with the mess of an empty bedroom for almost a further month. I was offered £500 voucher to spend in their store, like I want any further dealings with this mickey mouse company after putting me through all this. Leekes just get this bedroom sorted so we can part company as quickly as possible. I have never been so utterly disappointed and let down by a company in my entire life.

Went to Leekes in Cross Hands to buy paint for the kitchen. Had superb advice from Alan and Richard, they pointed out we had selected the incorrect paint that was not fit for the job. Alan & Richard explained why we shouldn't buy it We bought the correct paint plus another colour to paint a wall in the conservatory. We highly recommend buying paint from Leekes in Cross Hands as Alan & Richard's advice is invaluable.

We had been out for a visit to Stourhead and decided to pop into Leeks just for a hot drink and a piece of cake on our way home. The coffee was made for us straight away it was lovely and the young man who served us was really helpful friendly and told us about the loyalty card. We looked around the store and found several things to take home, at the pay desk we were helped by Jeremy he helped us with the form to become a member. I would just like to say how much we enjoyed our visit it's so nice to receive such a warm and friendly response to our visit. Thank-you Leeks for a great experience. Yours sincerely Mrs v Bedford.

I was served by Jeremy this afternoon. He went above and beyond customer service opening me a Leekes Loyalty Card and fully explaining all the benefits. He was helpful, friendly and a credit to your store.

Hadn't heard of the company before but they had a bathroom accessory we wanted. Ordered online. Item delivered quickly and *very* well wrapped.

Visited your Wiltshire store was served by Glenn madgin what a lovely member of staff you have he was so helpful helped to package my goods and put them on the car for me such a pleasant young man

We have bought furniture from the Cross Hands store twice in the last 6 months. Staff are incredibly helpful. Delivery on time and efficient.

We visited leekes on the 3/5/26 to purchase garden furniture & a pergola. We were approached by Louise cripps, she was very polite & friendly & made us feel as ease with our purchase. Louise was helpful explaining the step to step procress of our purchase.

We visited Leekes in Llantrisant to look at buying a new hob and replacing our old counter tops. Yvonne was very helpful providing the relevant information and advice. Excellent customer service.

Lyn the assistant could not have been more helpful excellent service oh and a lovely sofa as well

Fahimeh (Cheltenham store) made buying furniture easy and stress-free. I would only buy furniture from her again because of the excellent customer service whilst in store and afterwards too. Nothing was too much trouble and she went above and beyond to help with all my questions and queries.

Visited Leekes at Melksham with my elderly mother today. She felt unwell in store and Maria in the furniture dept could not have been more helpful and kind. She brought water and arranged for a wheel chair brought to us by lovely, helpfulJeremy. We were able to purchase the chair we went for. We were given sound advice and allowed to make our decisions in our own time. Congratulations Leekes. Your staff offer exceptional service and go above and beyond for the customer.

Great customer service from Lyn. She gave us plenty of information to take away, so we came back and bought a sofa in the sale. She listened to and understood our needs, took time to explain what we needed to know and gave us space when we needed time to think.

Have purchased a set of dining chairs and two items of bedroom furniture during last six weeks from Leekes. The chairs, which came in boxes of two and required the chair backs to be attached to the base, came with one of the chair backs being a different colour to the rest. Leekes arranged to meet me at Llantrisant store with a replacement chair brought from their warehouse, but unbelievably the package contained two chair backs, and no base. Luckily, it was a chair back that was incorrect in colour. Bedroom furniture (a chest of drawers and bedside cabinet) is en route for delivery right now but driver has just called to say the box containing the cabinet is damaged, so too is the cabinet. So we will only receive one item today. Driver tells me things 'always seem to go wrong to the same people'. That's helpful!! Will be complaining having so far had not so much as an offer of a free coffee for the inconvenience, having spent well over £1,000.

We ordered a new kitchen in March 2026, and were willing to pay a slightly higher price than other kitchen providers given the good reputation and perceived customer care from previous experience dealing with Leekes.
However, our experience has been very frustrating, with very poor after sales assistance from the store. Once we had paid the balance, we were left to sort issues out ourselves, of which there were many. Wrong kitchen parts, missing kitchen parts, delays, and lack of urgency to help and poor communication. Thankfully our kitchen fitter was helpful, and managed to sort out a few problems, but the whole job took over a month instead of the 2 weeks suggested.
Our complaints have been fobbed off with little apology, and the blame has been passed onto suppliers.
From our experience, we would not recommend.

We recently bought a corner couch from Leekes Crosshands and were served by Huw Thomas. He really helped us, ensuring we bought the right product for us and answered all our questions.

The couch was pretty good as well!

Outstanding service today from the Weird Fish member of staff who went above and beyond to assist and advise. She was professional, friendly, helpful, cheerful. I'll definitely be going back to Leekes Melksham.

Visited your store at cross hands recently, Lyn’s service was 100%
She was very interested in her job , & even took us to lighter part of the shop to check the fabric colour,regarding the settee’s we purchased .
