LeaversHoodies.com Omdömen

Speedy service!
They kept to the delivery date needed.
They responded well to phone calls when asking about the order progress.

All pupils seem very happy with them and the colours are so lovely.
They were very well labeled and packaged.
They delivered everything before the date they had originally told me.
The only criticism is that the hoodie are maybe a bit too long and that the instructions for measurements online were not really helpful.

Great quality hoodies, easy process, and I was brilliantly supported by my Account Manager Annie. Nothing was too much trouble and responses were prompt.

Everyone is really happy with their leavers hoody. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend using leavers hoodies.com

Brilliant hoodies again! This year with the online shop placing the order for our school has never been easier. And Annie was always available to help and answer any questions.

Lovely product with great customer service. There was a lot of toing and froing by us to get the design right and the team, especially Annie, was super helpful.

Great and personable experience. Any challenge or issue was dealt with promptly and the hoodies have all turned out perfectly. The attention to detail from Slav, our account manager, was exceptional. His efforts and help can not be understated. I have already passed on details to next years hoodie leader.

I ordered a hoodie taking good care of measuring my son’s chest, height, arm length etc, compared with their guideline measurements and the hoodie that arrived was too small. However, and even if the website says that returns are not possible, the company reached out to me and upon verification that the size of the received hoodie was not correct provided me with a new one with the correct size, which was very much appreciated. Overall my experience which seemed to be initially negative has turned into a positive one as they are in the end responsive and accommodating on case there is an error on their side. Other than that the hoodies are lovely. Thank you!

Excellent communication from start to finish. I felt supported throughout the seamless process. Very happy with the quality of the final product for our students.

Great quality hoodies colour are excellent
The shop was easy to set up and the ordering was trouble free
Good customer service through out
I liked that closing date and delivery dates could be adjusted easily by myself

Really friendly and helpful staff. Sarah accommodated all of our requests (we are a really small school so only needed a few hoodies). Every question I had was answered promptly and efficiently.
The ordering process was simple and again, well explained.
The order arrived on time.
The hoodies themselves are lovely, the children really love them and have worn them at every opportunity!

From our first contact with LeaversHoodies.com, they go above and beyond to help us and ensure that our pupils leave us with a reminder of their time at our school. They are always prompt with their responses to any queries and the products are of a high quality too. We have used them for a number of years and have never been disappointed. Thank you!

Myself and all the other parents and children loved their leavers hoodies. The staff were fantastic, especially Sarah who was my direct contact both times I’ve used leavers hoodies, she was very helpful and any queries I had or any amendments were done very quickly and I was updated constantly throughout the process. Delivery came on time. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend to others. Thank you so much Sarah and your team for your amazing service.

The staff were really helpful and the children loved their hoodies.

I organised both my sons leaver jumpers, they are always quick responses and even small modify last minutes they did perfectly. Quality of jumpers are really good make sure order bigger size so wear a longer. DHL delivery a hour slot notification also helps for busy mums.
Highly recommended!!

Staff were on hand to assist in any way and it was very easy to access and understand. The quality of the Leaver's hoodies was fantastic and the children/parents were delighted with them.

As a school, we were really pleased with our bulk order of hoodies. We submitted our design requirements and received exactly what we had hoped for. The order took 2 weeks to be manufactured and delivered and there was plenty of communication between the phases. This is not our first purchase and likely won’t be our last

I liked that they kept you updated, but I didn’t like the constant’ do you wanna upgrade?’ Got the hoodie today and not the best quality for the price some
Of the lettering looks dodgy and has kids names missing off the back and duplicate other names

Excellent service, arrived quickly. No fuss
