No communication. At all

My shipment has been sitting in the warehouse for 10 days. Multiple emails sent to inquiring when it will be sent. Not a single reply. If I could give minus one stars I would the communication is just abysmal. I’m likely gonna have to file a PayPal dispute to get this moving.

edit: its now been over 2 weeks, and my order is still not shipped. despite LCSC's response that its due to a holiday, this is quite indicative of a poorly run company. Had i gone with my usual supplier, i would have my parts already 12 days ago.
Each response from them takes 2 days to get a reply, if they are this much of a shambles, they should just shut down the company now, because its going to go bankrupt from poor reputation sooner rather than later.

Ich habe vor fast 2 Jahren Tag für Tag ein Handy einer bekannten Marke über Amazon ---- (edited) gekauft.

Die Ware erhielt ich ohne Rechnung im "Paket" - das Handy kam lediglich in der Handybox, verpackt mit einer schwarzen Plastiktüte. Kein Schutz, kein Lieferschein, keine Rechnung. Ich dachte, das wäre alles in Amazon hinterlegt und machte mir dabei keine Gedanken.

Nun ist das Handy plötzlich ausgegangen obwohl noch genug Akku war. Es geht nicht mehr an und lädt nicht. Ich kontaktiere direkt den Hersteller aber er braucht die Rechnung als Nachweis für die Garantieleistung.

Über Amazon versuche ich die Rechnung zu erhalten. Es wird mir gesagt, dass sie ---- (edited) keine Nachricht annimmt bzw keine mehr erhält. Und es ist keine Rechnung bei der Bestellung hinterlegt...

Im Verkäuferprofil ist eine "hotmail.com" Email hinterlegt... Darauf schrieb ich auch eine Anfrage für die Rechnung.

Ich habe ---- (edited) bis jetzt keine Reaktion bekommen. Bis ich die Rechnung erhalte (falls ich sie überhaupt erhalten werde), werde ich über die Garantiezeit sein...

Das Ganze finde ich äußerst suspekt und sehr ärgerlich!

I don't know what you put in your invoice to make DHL charge me %45 import fees when the law is %10. This never happens with Mouser and Digikey. I get multiple shipments every month.

Customer support at LCSC absolutely does not care and was completely useless. I will never use this service again.

Ich habe vor fast 2 Monaten elektronische Teile bestellt. Es wird immer noch angezeigt "in warehouse". Der eigentliche Versand sollte am 29.5 stattfinden. Also vor mehr als einer woche

Wir haben über Amazon ein Handy gekauft, geliefert hat LCSC Electronics, Düsseldorf, Vogelsänger Weg. Das Handy ist innerhalb der 2 Jahresgarantie defekt geworden. Amazon weißt Garantieansprüche zurück weil LCSC der Garantiegeber ist. LCSC melde sich auf wiederholte Nachfrage nicht. Besser Finger weg lassen. Email und Schreiben unzustellbar.
Jetzt sagt LCSC Electronics GmbH Düsseldorf that they don't have any dealings with Amazon. So, what ist correct?

Very good shopping experience with LCSC.com.
As a citizen of the EU, I have difficulties finding some components; sometimes they are awfully overpriced. So, the best way is to get products made in China directly from the People's Republic of China. The shop needs some work, such as adding specs to filters, so it will be faster to find the desired components and save time. It would be good to have the option to spend $XX to get free delivery. I'm giving 4.5 stars, rounding up to 5. I believe they will be as good as mouser.com.

It is above of my understanding, of how it is possible a European to deliver a positive review about this business?
This web shop does not support IOSS (International One Stop Shipping) at check out with PayPal.
Because of that, all European customers will be forced for paying extra for customs clearance fee.

About international shipping, this shop has only one option, and this is FedEx economy.
FedEx this is well known for extreme shipping fee. And at smallest issue at customs clearance, their agents will require also a very high price as handling fee especially within Greece.

LCSC employ’s they are inexperienced, within two weeks’ time, they were unable to provide accurate Gross Weight information for a single carton box, in order actual freight costs to be calculated.
I was after ordering one electronic instrument approximately 3Kg of weight, Volume weight: 4.86KG.
Everything when at the wrong way, the employ was fiddling invoice prices manually, first time customer discount coupon, these were manipulated too.
Email rate communication slow.

I was forced to cancel my order, so to not become a victim in the end.

I ordered some low ESR (0.07) tantalum capacitors for PS3 NEC tokin replacement. WOW!!! So I used to order from AliExpress but these caps can be temperamental, I had a PS3 shutting down after the cap replacement from AliExpress, so I swapped them out with the ones from here and it's solved the issue completely. Highly recommend 👌

I am surprised, that I see no reviews. I always order here. The prices are very fair and it is easy to get jelly bean passives and also many actives here. Amazing page. Do recommend! Price is unbeaten worldwide! Some components cost less than a tenth (!) of a cent.
