I was very impressed with the speed of delivery (less than 24 hours) and how well the camera was packed. But most of all, its condition exceeded my expectations based on the information on their website.

I trust this company
I’ve bought items from the LCE in the past and find their prices to be fair and I’ve been happy with the quality of the things I’ve bought. That includes lenses and camera bags. The service is fast and they use DPD. Would recommend.

They did what they said they would and when I wanted it. The guys at Hereford took in my camera and sent it to Manchester for me. Thanks guys. Manchester sent my lens when I wanted it so that I could be in to receive it.

Impressive Service
Friendly, helpful information by telephone with Richard at Manchester. Prompt email follow-ups. Effortless online purchase. Excellent used lens arrived swiftly. Although it initially arrived in the wrong box, this was quickly resolved and a swap was made - which shows LDC staff to be responsive and attentive too.
