Fujifilm Photo Walk
I recently went on a Fujifilm photo walk organised by the Colchester store with one person from Fujifilm (Aran) there on the day allowing us to test out and play with different cameras & lenses. The whole afternoon was well organised, productive and a lot of fun! We were a small group but received plenty of time and attention from the experts throughout. James from the store was very knowledgeable & helpful throughout the event. I would highly recommend anyone to try out any future walks!
I have also visited the store on a few occasions and received prompt help regarding my camera queries and no problems with purchases, even when shopping online.
I cannot recommend LCE enough!

Couldn't recommend enough; camera was very well packed, exactly as described in great condition, ordered at ~12pm on Friday and arrived exactly on time on Monday (DPD courier said they would arrive between 12:55pm-1:55pm and they arrived at 1pm exactly). Thank you :)

Amazing customer service.
I have used LCE a couple of times. Most recently i purchased a used Canon R6 from them.
The camera was just as described and worked wonderfully until the sensor developed an issue that made it almost unusable.
I emailed them explaining the issue and Lauren was more than happy to help, after an inspection and some questions they sent it off to Canon for repairs under their used goods warranty.
Turning an extremely stressful situation into the feeling that i picked the right choice by going with them again.
Will definitely be using them in future.

Fast and efficient delivery of the lens to which I am very pleased with. In great condition and a perfect addition to my Nikon 35mm F series cameras.

Quick delivery but
Quick delivery and item ( used Billingham bag ) is in good condition.
I can’t recall the description stating that there was no internal dividers which are usually included as standard or I might have had second thoughts.
So pleased with the bag but disappointed I’ll have to now purchase replacement dividers.
