WRONG AND DAMAGED ITEM SENT -ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
I received my order yesterday, one item was broken and another is completely different to the item I ordered. I have emailed three times and telephoned three times - zero response other than automated email acknowledging they’ve received my message.
I will happily return the items but most certainly not at my cost although how I arrange this without paying is something of a mystery as they do not respond despite their claim to deal with queries within a few hours! I will certainly not be using this company again and will need to contact my bank in the event they continue to ignore me.

I have investigated this internally and our customer services team have confirmed they received an email from you on a Friday and sincerely apologise for not getting back to you until the Monday since we are a family run business and do not at this point have staff in during the weekends. I believe this review was left during that period and again can only apologise for lack of coverage on the weekend. I gather we refunded you immediately for the broken items and arranged a collection for incorrect item you received. Again, we are sorry you feel you had a poor experience but would hope you would try us again and assure you as we grow weekend staffing will be a high priority to avoid this in the future. with kind regards, Suzy, Founder
Poor quality
I bought some “large” brass bells and was disappointed as they were only about 5” tall and quite roughly made with lumps and bumps all over them and a thick seam down the back - even in the sale definitely not worth the money.

Beautiful products delivered with amazing customer service.
Beautiful items and amazing customer service. My first time using Layered Lounge - the order arrived promptly and I was extremely happy with the quality of my items. However one of the battery candles I ordered had a loose connection. I emailed the customer service team and within 45 minutes I had a response. They were quick, friendly and offered to send me a replacement right away. 24 hours later I have received the replacement. I will be recommending this company to anyone looking for homeware.

I’ve never used this company before and was a bit dubious to do so…..BUT not anymore…..EXTREMELY HELPFUL customer service kept me informed regarding my order ….FAST and PROMPT delivery just less than 48hours …. Won’t be placing another order
Recent order arrived and was defective.
I messaged and did get speedy replies but was offered a measly 5% discount (this was all they could do as the item was already in the sale).
I was told all other of the same item in the warehouse were also imperfect. My other option was to return the item free of charge for a refund but this was not the quality I expected, especially for the price! This has completely put me off ordering from them again.

Purchased items for a present two items were missing from the parcel after contacting Layered Lounge on several occasions they eventually sorted the matter out but I will say the products were as described and my friend was very pleased with them

We aim to resolve 100% of issues so I do hope that your parcel did arrive in the end and despite much elevated volumes now we have a track record of orders to be sent within 2-3 working days. Our larger customer services team are also now on hand to help resolve any issues asap.

Bought really different and classy Christmas decorations. Arrived promptly and items are great. Even received a free sackcloth bag for life, handy for storing my decorations. Saw their items in Country Homes magazine.

2020 Christmas decorations that arrived!!
I ordered some Christmas decorations on the 1st of November. They arrived a few days later. There was a problem with one item and a replacement was dispatched that day and arrived the next. I ordered Christmas decorations around the same time from 5 companies, 4 of whom I’d dealt with before - Layered Lounge is the only one that has managed to get my delivery to me! I look forward to purchasing from them again!
