Sophie and her team are brilliant! She and Jo gave great advice, guidance and reassurance when I was feeling utterly overwhelmed after the death of a loved one. A solution was found and Sophie drew up the relevant documents, keeping me regularly informed. She is professional but also kind and approachable. I have no hesitation at all in recommending Sophie and her company- she really cares about her clients!

Received a malicious, ignorant and professionally inept letter from 'Law by Sophie' demonstrative of the practitioners' scaremongering approach and lack of ethics. With their blatant attempt to bully, 'Law by Sophie' characterised the negative traits of the stereotypically amoral solicitor, slinking back under the proverbial rock when challenged. Fresh from their recent Daily Mail debacle, it's obvious that no lessons have been learnt. What's next - Only Fans? Have some standards, please.

My experience with Law by Sophie has been extremely disappointing.
I received a letter that contained multiple serious issues, inaccuracies, and what I consider to be unprofessional content. Rather than being clear, measured, and legally robust, the correspondence caused unnecessary stress and concern. The standard fell well below what I would reasonably expect from a professional legal practice.
What is equally concerning is the company’s online review profile. A significant number of the five-star reviews appear to be written by staff members and the company owner themselves. This seriously undermines the credibility and integrity of the review system. Reviews should reflect genuine independent client experiences, not internal promotion.
Trust, transparency, and professionalism are fundamental in legal services. Based on my experience, and the way feedback appears to be managed, I cannot recommend Law by Sophie.
Law by Sophie helped me deal with a company that were negligent and who then broke their contract with me. They were a big corporate company so everyone advised me not to take them on and said I wouldn't win however, Sophie had faith in my claim and took them on and won! Definitely recommend this lady she really is excellent. Thanks Law by Sophie 👍
Oh my, where do I start? Having been around the block a few times with solicitors I was really sceptical when I was referred to Sophie (Law By Sophie).
My concerns were immediately eliminated as Sophie demonstrated immediate understanding and empathy towards my issues.
She is not your "normal" solicitor! She responds quickly! She explains charges clearly and concisely. She genuinely understands. She makes one feel wanted and valued. She doesn't "start the clock" until you actually buy her time.
I feel more like a friend to this company than a client and I simply can't recommend them enough.
