This was our second time working with Bilal on a remortgage. He was always available for a quick chat over the phone, to discuss any concerns I had, and acted professionally and promptly to resolve any problems. I cannot recommend Sharon Jennings at Blacks Solicitors highly enough for her exceptional work on my recent property sale. From the very beginning she displayed a deep level of expertise and provided practical, no nonsense advice. She moved swiftly through the process often completing our milestones faster than expected. Always responded to my queries within the same day and in most cases within an hour and always in a very thorough and professional manner. All the conveyancing elements were professionally and thoroughly handled. Thanks to her we were the first within the chain to exchange. She has been the best conveyancing solicitor I have ever dealt with. I will be definitely going back to her when I next have a property sale or purchase.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the conduct of the individual solicitor handling my matter. I had previously used the firm without issue under a different case handler; however, problems arose after my case was transferred to another case handler. Communication was poor, with material developments affecting my case not being relayed to me in a timely manner. In addition, funds were requested at a point when the transaction was not realistically ready to complete, which caused unnecessary concern and difficulty.

As a first time property investor, we chose Blacks to represent us on our bridging finance and conveyancing. We ere looked after by Hannah and Leanne, both of whom showed excellent professionalism, efficiency and were always there on the other end of the phone when we needed them. Everything was explained in simple terms and I felt confident having them both on our side the whole time.
