Sac de mauvaise qualité - déçue de showroomprivé
J’ai acheté deux sacs et un compagnon de la marque Laura Ashley sur showroomprive.com il y a un mois. Je les ai reçus hier soir et je suis extrêmement déçue (et encore, je pèse mes mots). Les sacs étaient présentés sur le site comme étant en CUIR, or ceci était mensonger. Les sacs sont en réalité en polyester, fabriqués en Turquie et ils dégagent une très forte odeur de plastique désagréable. Les finitions sont très mal réalisées, il y a plein de fils qui dépassent des coutures, la matière n’a pas l’air résistante et elle sent très fort.
Sur showroomprivé, les sacs étaient vendus entre 50e et 300e (hors promo), autant dire qu’à ce prix-là, c’est CENSÉ être de bonne qualité. En y repensant, c’est sans doute une politique adoptée par showroomprivé pour pousser à la consommation. Le fait d’afficher des prix gonflés puis des prix promotionnels avec 50% de réduction, cela donne forcément envie d’acheter….
Étants une grande consommatrice de la marque Longchamp, je m’attendais à recevoir des sacs de qualité semblable. PAS DU TOUT ! Les sacs sont livrés sont livrés sans pochon de protection....
Je suis déçue de showroomprivé mais aussi de moi-même : j’aurai dû me renseigner sur la marque Laura Ashley, qui ne possède aucun site internet (et donc aucune visibilité, SAV ou service de communication). Je me méfie de showroomprivé et des informations fournies sur les produits proposés à la vente ! Je souhaite ne plus consommer sur ce site de vente privée dorénavant.
Cependant, les sacs sont tout de même "esthétiquement jolis" et je compte les porter et ainsi voir leur qualité, resistants et s’ils vont durer dans le temps.....Je ne me fait pas d'idée à ce sujet. J'ai mis deux étoiles, à voir si cela change.

The fabric is disappointingly thin re: my purchase 26-11-21 from Laura Ashley at Next for Laura Ashley Duck Egg Josette Duvet Cover set. It cost £75 too, plus p&p. Has the brand compromised on quality now? It is so much thinner than my previous Laura Ashley bedding before Next took them over, and thinner than any of my other covers and sheets. Kingston Sofa AWFUL
Bought Large Kingston Sofa through the Laura Ashley design service. Was never given options for seat filling. Sofa arrived. Looked great. And then I sat on it. So soft that every time you used it you had to plump the cushions. Complained to customer service, they sent a technician who said the filling was within spec. Awful awful sofa - had to get rid of it within the year. Such poor quality. Avoid.

I am sorry that you guys have had bad experiences with Laura Ashley during this C-19 world.
I must say, I have loved every single product that I have purchased from Laura Ashley over the years and never had a complaint. I just the the other day made up one of beds with linen I purchased in the sale and a usual it is beautiful and I actually commented to my husband that I wished I had bought more bed sets, as it was certainly worth the money. I am a person who always buys quality bed linen, generally high thread count, from high end companies so feel that I am fully equipped to give comment on quality.
The reason on commenting, is that during the C-19 challenges we have been renovating the house (since January!!) therefore have had to purchase many goods on line, this includes large items of furniture, which in normal circumstances we would have purchased from stores. My husband and I have experienced long, and I mean long waiting times, no communication; a sofa bed (English company held in high esteem, made to our requirements and style), which when eventually it was delivered on the 17th August it was damaged and we have had no end of problems with this company and still do not know when the "repaired" sofa bed will be delivered. We also had two other experiences with broken or poor quality items which we are still waiting for replacements. These companies had had full payment (internet) since end of March/April.... So, I say, good luck Laura Ashley, I will still be a good customer when you eventually get back on your feet, just try and keep me away. Denise Gamblin, Leeds.

Je suis stupéfaite! J'ai commandé via un site de vente privé très connu, un Sac à main en cuir saffiano - noir - Laura Ashley, après plusieurs semaines de retard, je le reçois enfin... Et à ma grande stupéfaction, il s'agissait d'un sac en PVC, horrible et en plus ce n'est pas la même référence !
