They didn’t sent me the tickets for the flight and without having the option for early check in, my kids needed to sit in different seats.
This is pure not professional!!
I wouldn’t fly with them. And I’m advising people to do the same

My flight was cancelled by the airline and 2.5 months I'm still not able to get my money back. They don't have any phone number and won't reply my emails as well.

Worst company I have ever felt with. Customer service does not exist. If you will need to do any changes with your ticket it will be impossible as they will never answer the phone it is just a recording and they don’t answer back with email or website . Save your money and don’t use them

Only way to reach the company is the "Contact us" page in their website but they never relpy there!!

I bought a flight and I wanted to change the ticket as I paid more for it. I contacted them 4 days before my flight via email (there is no number to call) and got no answer. In the end my flight got cancelled and I still have no answer if I will get my money back or if I can change the ticket. Now the flight was cancelled and I'm lost what to do. Very bad customer service as you don't get any. I feel now that they just steal your money, NOT recommending to buy from here for nobody!!!

I got stuck in New York due to a connection that was suspended this year. I tried endlessly to get hold of the company. Doesn't really belong.

I provided a flexible flight ticket so that I could change the date of my return to Israel if I wanted to. Of course, this is a more expensive card. I contacted customer service 4 days before the original flight date to change the return to Israel but they did not answer despite endless inquiries. In the end, they came back the day before the flight and said that it is no longer possible to change, but only to buy a new ticket and they "will not charge" another change fee for the ticket. Stay away from this company and don't trust it.

Disabled person in our group did not receive assistance she is entitled for by law because of their lack of service.

They are good for selling flight tickets. If you need any service afterwards - forget about getting an answer. They got a contact us form on their website - I filled it, again and again - no one bother to reply, even after 1 month ! Maybe they have good prices - but if you need a service too - consider this.

I ordered a ticket and innocently wanted to add a suitcase while buying the ticket. They charged me $75 for it and for me. it was clear that this is the price the carrier will charge (or at least in the very recent range for example $5 or so)
to my big surprise, while checking in, the carrier themselfs charge $40 for the same suitcase and $60 for x2 suitcases like these (23kg)

that is absurd and also very wrong to deceive your clients into thinking a suitcase costs the same from them or from the carrier. simply a ripoff. never buy from this website again. I know I wont.

When I purchased the tickets, it was stated that I can cancel for fee.
I even paid more for the tickets for having this option.

When I wanted to execute the cancellation, it turned out that the fee is 100%… So no cancellation and no refund.

Their emails went directly to the junk mail. So it was very hard to communicate with them and they never accepted my explanations.

Also they rarely available on the phone, only at certain time and it take them a while to respond… very disappointing.

Horrible experience! I booked a flight throught them, my flight got cancelled and I'm trying to reach them for 2 months with no response!!! Email, telephone, NOTHING! Shame on them! My booking reference is: 167020. I will NEVER use their services again and I don't recommend to anyone! They are just awfull!
