Pleasant customer service representatives who are attentive and knowledgeable. Issues resolved with outcome I am very pleased with!! Customer service is everything and hard to find good customer service reps these days. Or actual “customer service” at all.

I have been a customer of Lashify for almost 2.5 years now. Our home flooded in Hurricane Helene a little over a month ago and I hadn’t been able to update my address for my monthly subscription box as we have been bouncing around places. I didn’t realize until I got the order generated notice. I reached out to customer service to try to change the address and as it was too late since it had already shipped, they said they would ship me a replacement box to my new address free of charge and even threw in a few extra glossimers! It really was more than I expected! I really think they went above and beyond and not only am I all the more of a loyal customer but will continue to recommend Lashify to friends!!

Absolutely awful - overpriced and terrible customer service - avoid at all costs

Fantastic company! Excellent products of the best quality. Customer care team are first class and the owner of the company really cares about her customers and is always present online in the customer chat groups.
I have very sensitive eyes and struggle with other lash products but these are the best and don’t irritate like other brands.
I’d never use anything else 👌🏼

Very helpful and courteous

The lashes look fantastic and much more realistic than and competitors I’ve tried. I use Tulip and I have been able to reuse them many many times if I’m careful with removing and cleaning them (not hard to do)
I had an issue with the whisper light glue and its longevity, and Lashify’s customer service was fantastic and quick to give me some tips to help. I’m going to try this soon and see how that goes. Overall, love the gossamers and hoping the glue turns out for me soon!

This team is always so nice and helpful and knowledgeable and if not they tell u let me ask instead of just giving some random answer! I got help within minutes and an answer to my problem within seconds! I love it here hehe

They respond quickly to your queries

I have been using Lashify for over 4 years and it is amazing. I have gotten very good at them and can apply them faster than I could strip lashes. I love the company and the CEO Sahara is so good at her game! She is engaged on Lashify life and is so responsive if anything goes wrong. Additionally she keeps innovating new products that improve on already great projects. Definitely a lashifiend for life! This is from a recent experience but applies to all of my experiencs. I have the x membership and got it as soon as it dropped and have had a subscribing monthly! Pricey but great investment! The freedom to not wear makeup and still look amazing rocking these has been better than I dared hope!

Professional Customer Service! LASHIFY helped me with a packaged delivered to the wrong location. Even though it was not a LASHIFY problem, they took care of me as a customer!

My sister introduced me to Lashify about a year ago and I have never regretted the purchases ever since. I have never worn lashes nor have had extensions but have always wanted my lashes to be more longer and lush. I have tried many mascaras products and they all end up smearing. Not only are lashify lashes along with the bonds and cleaners top notch but their customer service team is what keeps me as a returning customer.

Lashify is literally my favorite company. Sahara Lotti knows what she’s doing. She has an amazing product and amazing people behind the product. I’ve never had an issue that did not get resolved by them. I have been using their lash system since 2020. I give Lashify as much business as I possibly can 💕

I had a question about the new bond. The Clear side seemed dried out. Tammy suggested I use a toothpick and it came out wet and seemingly full. We decided the applicator may seem dry because of the tight fit in the opening. She was very helpful.
