Having met Lapwing at the UK construction show I was so impressed that I decided to put in my first order.

I deal with Lapwing on a daily basis, they deal with my requirements quickly and are very helpful. I would note that the delivery service isnt always the best but the customer service team do rectify any issues.

7 Years and the best supplier merchant around!
Have been using lapwing for 7 years now.
Never had a problem with them, service wise or prices wise! They always go out of their way to beat competitors prices and the next day delivery helps my sites a lot with meeting programmes. Thank you to the team at lapwing for their professionalism throughout the years. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Solid service as promised
We have been using lapwing for nearly a year now and have not been let down once. Truly great communication and the delivery is always on time. Ross and Ruben are always checking in to ensure all is running well and with any new items that would help us as a company move forward.

Thank you for your review, apologies you feel the delivery service is letting Lapwing down. We always try our best to deliver next day however, unfortunately due to circumstances out of our control we cannot always guarantee this.
We now have our ‘internal reps’ who can deal with any questions you may have if your Sales representative is out of the office for the day.
