I basically gave up looking as I couldn’t find any company to give me what I wanted. I asked my friend who referred me to Lapel Pins. Thanks Gian! Everything was perfect! They where better than expected! I knew I made the correct choice choosing Lapel Pins. I’ve showed a few people and it’s RAVE reviews!! I will be using this company from now on, no questions asked. Bill, thanks so much for making this happen and the velvet boxes. What a great finish!! I had them numbered also which is offered when designing also had my logo stamped on the back which was just what I wanted. I can’t say thank you enough!!! If you’re not sure what company to go with to create your lapel pin and you’re reading this pls trust me when I tell you there are no others (companies) that match their excellence in making these lapel pins I ordered. I saw other designs from other companies and none attracted me. Not even close. I mean none gave me this kind of detail! NONE! When designing the pin and viewed proof I remember saying, “this looks too good” it will never look this good when I get it”. Well like I said earlier, they where better than I expected!! A lot better!! Amazing job guys! Ty again to all the team! I will be using LapelPins.com from here on in!! Let’s go!!

I never received the order within the predicted timeframe and had to cancel the shipment.

The staff seemed incredibly friendly and worked with a rather quick turnaround time. My only complaint is that I did not receive any call or email annotating that the overseas distributor had not even shipped the material.

Order did not make the shipping deadline for the event and I paid for expedited shipping and was told it would arrive on time. But I was offered a refund of the expedited fee. I do however like the lapel pins that we received and would probable order again.

Mike Trifaro was awesome! This is our first-time ordering lapel pins for our group and the experience could not have gone any better! Mike was very responsive and was patient with us throughout the entire order. Because this is for a group of people, we needed consensus from everyone, so we kept going back and forth on the order amount. Mike was accommodating and helped us through all of that. The quality of the pins were really good! Mike and company were able to accommodate half yellow gold and silver colored pins.

We have received so many compliments from others and we can't wait to order more!

The pins arrived just as I had ordered. The entire process from ordering and proving the art work went without a hitch.

An organization that I'm associated with ordered 100 pins. Our art was a Photoshop jpeg and PDF. The art was larger than the pin, but we were still worried it might not have been "perfect". We received a beautiful proof within 24 hours. We placed our order and waited, still not sure about what we would receive.
This week we received a box of individually wrapped beautiful enamel and metal pins. They are perfect! They are better than expected and we are proud and excited to have them represent our organization.
