Ultimately, our aim is not only to provide our customers with goods but a lovely experience. To engage with the local community on a higher level, we also run themed events, suitable for all family members and support many local schools, charities and community gardens by donations and publicity.

Awful staff - need training in customer care - whinmoor Leeds
Awful service. Staff are obnoxious.
Went in yesterday and they made me wait half an hour as they had not labelled things.
I was being polite saying that I didn't know the store closes at 5pm, the woman who came to the till said abruptly 'we have closed at 5pm for a year now' without looking at me. Very very rude indeed. Then I asked if I could have the loyalty card and have points put onto it as I have spent a lot of money there over the year and also yesterday. She just handed me a piece of photocopied paper, didn't say to fill it in and hand it back, didn't add points either.
No apology, no sorry, awful behaviour

Dear Customer, We are truly sorry for such an appalling experience. Unfortunately, only recently we started looking into Trustpilot reviews so could not identify the member of staff. Since it happened almost a year ago, I can assure you many changes been applied and I do hope you will visit our store again.
