Ho acquistato a metà febbraio un anello in argento, smalti e cristallo e sono rimasta soddisfattissima sia del gioiello, veramente bello, sia del servizio.
L'anello è arrivato in 3 giorni, confezionato benissimo e accompagnato da garanzia, modulo per eventuale restituzione ed un piccolo omaggio.
Non posso quindi che dare un giudizio superpositivo sullo shop online di questa storica azienda.
Une expérience catastrophique avec Lalique.
J’ai passé une commande le 19 décembre pour un parfum destiné à un membre de ma famille pour les fêtes. Quatre jours plus tard, le 23 décembre, on m’informe que le produit n’est plus disponible. Première erreur : pourquoi attendre aussi longtemps pour me prévenir ?
On me propose un parfum de remplacement au même prix, que j’accepte, avec la promesse d’une expédition rapide pour compenser leur erreur logistique. Résultat ? Le 30 décembre, toujours aucune nouvelle. Je contacte le service client, aucune réponse. J’appelle finalement le 2 janvier, et là, on m’informe que malgré un numéro de suivi, ils ne savent même pas où est le colis.
Le plus absurde dans cette situation ? Le colis devait être livré en Alsace, à Ittenheim, soit à une heure de route de leur entrepôt principal situé à Wingen-sur-Moder. Comment une livraison locale peut-elle prendre plus de deux semaines et être marquée par autant d’incompétence ?
Je déconseille vivement de commander directement sur le site de Lalique si vous espérez un service fiable et professionnel

Purchased an item for £400 and was sent someone else's purchase and invoice for £90. Instead of an apology they contact us demanding that we need to return the item before they will refund and advised us that we will need to pay another £400 if we want them to send us the correct item as they will not be able to get the refund done in time. They also requested us to pay for the return of the good and they will refund us afterwards. After we refused they advised us that they will send a courier to pick up the item however no one turns up. They reorganised another working day and gave us time a time slot. This was missed again and when contacted they stopped responding and ignored any further contacts. The whole experience was awful and the customer service was disappointing. When they make a mistake there was no attempt in resolving the matter and all we received was one after another unreasonable requests to solve a matter they made in our expense (cost & time) wasted.
UPDATE: Goods arrived without any tracking or even a dispatch note. It may have been trapped by Google spam. The items are fine and well packaged but being a birthday present, I would expect a courier delivery with tracking in future so changed to 3 stars.
Payment taken 10 days ago online, no acknowledgement email, no tracking, dispatch or delivery information received so far. Not able to contact on website, because the contact page doesn't even load. Should I actually receive the goods in time for Xmas and an actual invoice, I'll update this review, but it's looking increasingly like a chargeback situation. I have no idea how to even contact them without an order number.
Lalique are telling me that a retrospective delivery charge of almost 30% of the purchase price is my responsibility and warned in the small print of their terms and conditions.
I have re read the site the customer invoice that charges tax and says zero delivery charge.
I have re read the Lalique website including the terms and conditions and can see no such warning or advice - intact conversely it reassures the customer that all charges are made explicit ahead of the purchase contract ,
The product I wanted wasn't in stock but they sent me an email within a day or two to say it was available again.
My package arrived quickly and the outer packaging was very secure. Inside it was beautifully done with
Wonderfull products, service and packaging. Today, I received their 100 points Cognac-glass. Thank you!
