Carefully Notice bb date before buying
Received about to expire items of frozen prawns where I missed going through it online. When I opened the pack after few days, these were rotten then only I had noticed that bb is passed. I raised a ticket for this. They called me and said they would refund £5 where I had paid £8. I was ok for it since there was my mistake too. But found to be I had received 5% discount coupon on the order amount and noticed this after adding items to the cart. Complete waste of my precious time and money. Avoiding it further.

Fungus/stale products are being shipped and not following UK food standard
Hello Everyone.
Bright side is we can get most the Indian items on single umbrella, I surprised to see my parcel after delay of 3 days. On top of it received the spoiled OKRAs and frozen beans got burned kind of full brown ( unfit to consume and thrown it).
However admin people point towards UK whether, i don't care about whether if website is accepting the order means you must take the responsibility, on other hand other online service provider are sending frozen items in correct way without being damaged.
I don't recommend to use this online store.
Customer care guys are really rude and don't listen at all I ordered more 7 packets of frozen item how come only two packets will get damaged bit strange

I ordered jamun from this Lakshmi store…
I ordered jamun from this Lakshmi store on 14th June and received them on 24th june and they were un eatable and smelt off and when I called over 11 times and was advised that this will passed over to MD of the company and we will send you the item again. I advised I don't want the item and want a full refund and they advised that fine we will do that. 27th June I received a refund of £6.49 when I paid £17.98 Inc postage. Plz avoid this seller as they are just robbing people

Excellent product
Excellent product, excellent service. Delivered the goods before the date. Every thing was well packed. Vegetables and fruits were fresh. Reasonable price. What more do we want. Will order for more in the future. Thanks to Lakshmi stores.

Great experience will shop again!
I really enjoyed shopping and buying from a wide variety of vegetables and grocery. I would definitely recommend to all as the delivery is always super quick, all queries answered on time. Items are packed well and quality is also excellent. I hope they keep up this service always. Overall great experience, very happy customer!
