Hi, I need to return 2 dresses that I got. I have emailed asking for the return label and address, and gotten messages like "Sorry you are not happy, we can credit your account $12.00!" No, I pain $93.86, I want my money back, not 12.00!!! Very disappointed with this experience.

All of my dresses came very nicely packaged with a cute little note on each of them. They were exactly as they looked in the photos. The material is a little thin so a slip underneath is definitely a must. Shipping and communication were great! I will order from them again.

How do you get hold of this company I ordered a dress evri said they put in in back garden but it’s not there I need to speak to someone

This is a beautiful dress. I believe, for me, it runs a little big, but I still love it and I believe it will work perfectly. Thank you for the fast shipping.

Quality and style of dress was great. Took at least 6 weeks to arrive, however, and was only processed after I sent an email to check on the status.

Great dress, accidentally ordered 2 but now I can try to see a bra into it and have a backup just in case

This company SUCKS! I ordered a dress from their website which very clearly says MADE IN THE USA & FREE RETURNS & neither of which is true. It took a month for it to arrive & has a MADE IN CHINA sticker right on the package. Dress is very poor quality & they absolutely will not refund or send a return label. They wanted me to pay myself to ship it back to them in DUBAI!! Complete scam artists! I emailed with them for DAYS & got no help whatsoever.

The quality of the two dresses was great, one a little tighter across the chest than I would like but I can make it work.

Removed one star just because they take sooooo long to arrive. I'd actually forgotten I'd ordered them until the missed delivery notification came through. Then I found the parcel behind my bin although hadn't been told it had been left there so could have been a few days.

Customer service was excellent though. Quick and helpful.

I ordered a dress after seeing they advertised “easy returns”. When I received the dress, it was poorer quality than expected and didn’t fit well. I have gone back and forth with customer service through 10-15 emails asking how I can return the item and they refuse to provide a method for returns. They have offered various discounts from $8-$26, but refuse to issue a return. I found this company to be unethical, and would highly recommend avoiding purchasing anything from here. If false advertising isn’t enough of a deterrent, when they sent the email asking for a review, it only allows you to write one of you select that you were ‘happy’ with the service. If you select ‘unhappy’ it won’t let you write a review.

My first order was fantastic and exactly as expected. The second order was not as expected. Two of the three items were more t-shirts than sweaters, possibly my own fault for not reading carefully enough. I'm keeping everything, but will be much more careful with future orders

The dresses I ordered were beautiful and well made. I had to return one for sizing and they were very helpful and got back to me right away!

Timely delivery. Good material. Great fit. True to size. I feel good wearing the dresses and got compliments too. Definitely a good buy!

Company advertised FREE returns, but when you "request" to exchange or return they just tell you you need to pay pal them extra money for them to ship you. They may offer a minimal "compensation" but REFUSE to return the item. It is SO incredibly misleading.
I have been back and forth with them for days but they wont help and honor their ad.

Received the dress after some delays, received quick and efficient support, the dress is beautiful and what I expected but a bit large (S) for 1,65m and 55Kg, particularly on the chest. I hope I can still wear it. The delays seem justified when considering the brand does not use intermediaries.
