I placed an order on May 5

I placed an order on May 5, 2025 and it is now June 18, 2025 and we have still not received it. This is very disappointing. I thought I ordered in plenty of time for an event at the end of the month for my daughter. I don’t know if I will even get my order. I will not be ordering from LadyJuice in the future if this is how ordering and shipping will go. This is very frustrating and disappointing.

It is now the 24th and I still have not received my order. I checked the tracking and the package has been in the country since May 31st!!! It’s almost a month later and still not to me. You would think that after it got here it would be a pretty quick process to get it, but no. If it isn’t here by the 26th, I will no longer need the order what it was intended for and will be returning it. I will likely not be ordering from this company on the future. This is very frustrating.

Update June 25, 2025: I still do not have my order. I have been complaining literally everyday to their email at complaint at ladyjuice.com. I received the most recent email from them that my package is at pre shipment in NJ and should be to me within a week. This will be after the date I needed the product by. I was told that I could return it if I didn’t receive it on time. Looks like I will have to do that. I am so unhappy about this whole situation and my daughter is really stressed out right now because the jumpsuit we for sure thought we would have in enough time looks like it won’t be here. Hopefully, the order I placed well after this order on Amazon will be here tomorrow. At least that is what tracking is saying. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Update June 26, 2025: I still haven’t received my order and it is still showing pre-shipment in New Jersey as of the 24th. Nothing has updated for USPS. I did receive the jumpsuit I ordered on Amazon a few days ago TODAY! That is more than what I can say for this company. I place an order on Amazon a few days ago and receive that order before I get this order that I placed in early May!!

Update 7/11: I finally received my package. I have since emailed the company asking for a shipping label to return the product as it came way after the date I needed it for. I have not received a reply back yet.

I bought a suit from lady juice for stage wear it looked great on the website but when it came it was the cheapest material badly made with thread hanging all over it unfinished , it doesn’t iron as the material is so cheap and thin it’s nothing like it advertisers and I feel Iv been mislead into buying something I thought was a quality garment to something cheap looking of which I paid over £130 , it took almost 20 days to arrive very unhappy customer will never use this site again

In continuing with the horrible customer service from Lady Juice, they will not send a paid return label even though what they advertised on the very overpriced item is a Complete Scam!!! DO NOT ever order anything from LADY JUICE. I don’t know where they steal their photos from but it is certainly not what they send or represent! No integrity what so ever! Terrible terrible company! This is my 2nd review of the same item. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS! There “offer” to me to “make things right” was a 30% refund and I pay to ship the item back! Are you kidding me! Ganz was anderes, was man im Onlineshop sieht. Die Größen stimmen überhaupt nicht und wenn man das zurückschicken möchten, muss man die Kosten selbst übernehmen. Man kriegt als Angebot 50 % neue Ware zu bekommen. Da es schlechte Qualität ist, will man nicht das einnehmen. Also bleiben diese teurere Kostüme einfach in der Schublade!

Sizing is not a reason for a refund

The outfit took a long time to ship and missed my event. When it finally arrived it looked much cheaper than in the pictures and unfortunately didn’t fit. I asked for a refund immediately and they said no because ‘sizing is not a reason for a refund’.

Do not buy from them - it is a complete scam.

Misleading advertising and poor quality product

I ordered a jumpsuit from LadyJuice that cost over £50 including shipping. What arrived was nothing like the item pictured — cheap material, poor cut, and overall poor quality. I later found out the photos and reviews on their website were copied from an independent Etsy seller.

This is clearly misleading and dishonest. When I contacted them, they refused to cover return postage and only offered a partial refund of £12.90 or a discount code — totally unacceptable given the item was falsely advertised. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I ordered the item on November 20th for a Christmas party on December 20th. I paid the extra for expedited shipping. My item arrived on January 4th. I tried to return it due to not needing it anymore and was unhappy with the quality. The refused to refund me and take item back. I will never do business with this company ever again.
