I recently had my Lacanche cooker serviced. The quality of service was really outstanding. Easy to book the appointment. The engineer (Julian) was great and clearly knowledgeable about the product. He let me now when he was on his way and arrived on time. He didn't rush, walked me through exactly what he was doing, and was able to answer all my questions. He gave me tips for ongoing maintenance. He showed me the inside of the cooker, which was in pristine condition- pretty good considering it's nearly 10 years old and I use it daily. I was really pleased to see that the quality of service matches the quality of the product. Thanks Lacanche!
From initially enquiries to visiting their showroom, obtaining samples, placing an order and arranging delivery, customer service was always first class. The cooker was expertly delivered to my address and of course, the product itself is first class with timeless design and adaptable to cook a wide range of dishes without any fuss.

I did not receive any other order updates or a tracking number, which got me worried. 4 days later, the order showed up at my door. 5/5 experience. The stand for quality, even in customer service.
This is the 2nd issue we have had with our new Lacanche Cluny. I would not buy another this is not a year old.For the price paid it really is not the quality you would expect.I wonder if this is the reason I cannot get a repair under warranty for 3 weeks ! Is it a staff shortage or a lot of problems to fix.... I dont see why we have to use a box of matches to light this cooker

I wanted to arrange a service for my oven. It was a pleasure to deal with Lacanche. On my initial enquiry, a real person answered the phone and was friendly and helpful. She explained the process and we arranged a date. The engineer arrived on time and was also friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. All very efficient and easy. Thank you.

We have had our Lacanche cooker in Ireland for 20 years. We love the cooker, despite having had problems with it from day one. Apparently, it was not commissioned correctly, for years it ran unbelievably hot, the oven scorched the wooden cabinets on both sides and the white marble shelf behind it. It was impossible to turn the gas burners down really low, despite Lacanche priding themselves on the precision of their cookers. We had a constant stream of engineers to the house (the place we bought the Lacanche from closed down) until one brilliant engineer explained all this and managed to adjust the cooker. It's still hot, but not THAT hot. Every 6-12 months one or more of the thermocouples go, meaning the rings won't light or stay lit, ditto the gas oven (there is one gas oven and one electric). In recent years every time the engineer calls out, he encourages me to buy a new Lacanche. A bit worrying since the Lacanche cooker website states that a Lacanche cooker is designed to last "for decades," with some lasting for 25 year or more with proper care. Given that ours has been serviced once or twice a year from the beginning, it should last a good few more years. However, finding someone to service it is all but impossible. The engineer who has been doing it seems to work alone and I'm told no one else in Ireland can do the job. This kind of lack of followup service should be a great big red flag to anyone considering a Lacanche cooker in Ireland. I suspect it's easier to get them serviced in the UK or France. I have currently been trying to get our engineer to call out for over 2 months and still don't have a date. Still waiting. Just a friendly warning....

We were baking sausage rolls for a wedding and the fan oven stopped working. I phoned Lacanche and the first person I spoke to diagnosed the problem and organised a visit from an engineer within days. The service from Lacanche is provided by knowledgeable personnel who are keen to provide the best personal service possible. We have had our cooker for a long time (in excess of 15 years), use it every day and rarely have a problem. It is so refreshing to buy an appliance that is built to last backed up with no fuss efficient customer service. Thank you to everyone at Lacanche 😊

From the first initial contact to Lacanche Service dept to the final completed work done the professionalism has been outstanding. All timings were agreed and met and the repairer Graham communicated what the issue was and carried out the repair perfectly to my satisfaction.
I doubt i will ever own another cooked brand as the quality support matches the high quality product. I am happily cooking!
Rolls Royce service (or whatever the French equivalent is!) from Lacanche. Our beautiful Provence yellow range cooker was a dream to select and now use. Staff were lovely, helpful and professional throughout. The range cooker is a delight to use and never fails to get admiring looks and complements from guests.
The best cookers, serviced by fabulous engineers. We have owned Lacanche cookers for 26 years. They are incredible! Would find it difficult to cook on anything else. The service staff we have come into contact over the years are equally sound. Knowledgeable and passionate about their products. Nothing but a joy and a very safe pair of hands without exception.
Thankyou so much for sending your engineer to service our range cooker. It is around 15 years old and has been fantastic. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He rang with an eta as promised. He was very thorough with everything, and explained everything he was doing. Even let the dog in for me half way through! The cooker is good as new and considering the use it’s had (a lot!), it had very little wrong with it. I would highly recommend investing in a Lacanche, worth every penny! Thankyou so much, Lucy
Had a Lacanche cooker for a number of years now , great to know that on the rare occasion something goes wrong , Lacanche have a great service team who carry all the parts in their van , so can get you up and running again with minimal fuss .

I love my Lacanche range oven and hob and have had it for many years so I recently treated it to a ‘Super Service’ to ensure that it continues to give me good service for years to come. Excellent engineer carried this out efficiently and quietly and cleanly and on time.
I had a full service of my newly acquired second hand Lacanche Macon. The whole experience from start to finish was first class. Booking the appointment was quick and easy, and a change to the requirements accommodated without fuss. The engineer who attended was excellent - really polite, communicative, informative and very helpful. Even though the cooker was bought second hand, I felt the service we received was to the same standard as if I had bought from new. I would not hesitate to recommend this service.
