Scumming with subscriptions fee $40 after purchasing of the tee popper. I never authorized to subscribe but they got my credit card number. Refused to give a refund.

Scam!!! They sign you up for a subscription unknowingly and then charge you monthly to belong to some shitty baseball club. But don’t worry they will refund me 40% of one month subscription or give me $100 to buy something in their shitty online store that sells one thing

I ordered the Tee Popper ONLY and the "Dugout Club" was placed in my order even though I didn't want it for the same price. Two weeks later I was charged for the Dugout Club book I never wanted and never received. I have contacted Kynvale on three occasions and I never received a response from anyone. Kynvale is a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!

Fraudulently sign you up for a subscription and bill and refuses to give a refund and I have already reported them to my bank and there also banned on Meta ads for the scam.

First off the tee popper is a piece of garbage. I'd say a paper weight but the thing is so cheep it wouldn't hold paper down if the wind blew. Second if you order they don't tell you that they sign you up for a 40 dollar a month subscription to dug out club. its a online form where guys who don't know the first thing about the sport try to tell you how to play it. Its an Australian company, and I don't know if a person alive can name a good Australian ball player. anyways the whole thing is designed to rip you off don't do it. Also they refuse to refund you for the hidden subscription. What I did is called my bank and was honest about how it all went down and they got my money back for me.

This is a scam! You receive the product but they attach a reoccurring "subscription fee" after purchase.

The purchase came with what they called a complementary dugout club membership, which from what I can tell is nothing. Then after a month they charged me $59 CAD for the club membership. There is no agreement or clear description that I would have a reoccurring charge after buying their tee popper product.

The dugout club enrollment is automatic. The tee popper broke within a day. Dugout club literally is a subscription with no product or value. Its shocking this company can be a straight up scam

Scam.. Add you to the dugout club which is $40 a month without ever asking you to sign up and won't refund you afterwards.

Hidden subscription, forces you to pay additional $57Cad per month if you're not careful. I wish I'd known.

Terrible experience bought the device online with random freebies but they have fine print about an outrageously expensive subscription if you don't cancel within 30 days. Device is also clunky and does not work properly, barely lifting the ball.

These guys are crooks,scammers. They charged my credit card for a membership to thier so called dugout club, which did not authorize. I never signed up for this club. The say they can not cancel the subscription and can not refund the taken money. They gave me an email address to cancel myself, which goes no where. They have no address and no phone number, so you can’t talk to them. RED FLAG. Facebook needs to cut them off.

SCAM! They did send the product timely and cheap, but then they charged me again a few weeks later at a much higher cost! I made no additional purchase. I reached out to them and no response. Obviously fraud!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!! buy a cheap product and automatically signs you up to a subscription which you can’t stop. Now having to go through my credit card company to stop it.

Decpetive marketing, automatically subsribes you to membership billing at $57/month which I CAN'T SEEM TO STOP!!!

Total scam! The item I got was a cheap imported knock off versus what they advertise. Then it came broken with a smashed box (terrible shipping). I reached out more than 5 times to get help and no response. They finally responded to an email but only told me about the Dugout Club membership that I had to cancel. I didn’t know about it, but sure enough, they had added a “free” item to the order that ended up being a $40 per month subscription! Stay very far away! Buyer beware!!

Do not buy this popper. It’s not good.

I wish I saw these reviews before making a purchase. The amount of Facebook ads they are paying for should have alerted me that there was more to this than a plastic popper.
Popper is great, yes its cheap but it does the job, the scam comes with the automatic monthly subscription you get added to which is where this "company" are making their money. And let's be honest there is nothing in the subscription worth a penny never mind the £35 being charged. Have requested a refund failing that will report to Shopify and their local business authorities.
