Excellent experience with Kwik Sweep. Quick response from Earl. It was easy to book an appointment for removal of extra heavy unused items directly from my flat. Their staff were polite and exceptionally helpful. Very efficient and the price is quite reasonable. Grateful for all they have done. Would highly recommend them👍👍👍👍👍！

Initial response time to quote was good, impressed by reviews. Prices seemed ok and comparable to other services. Then was really difficult to hear whether our job was confirmed. Even sent a message trying to confirm and didn’t hear back. On day of delivery at 8.23am got an email saying they wouldn’t be able to make the initial slot (10-12) so would come 12-2. Had to rearrange entire day to fit this. Then still hadn’t heard anything else by 1.30pm despite emailing. Got a call at 1.47pm saying they were en route but would also miss the 12-2 slot. Called again at 2.19 to say they were there but they weren’t. It turns out they’d gone to Farringdon as that was the address in my email signature rather than Camden. I checked and felt awful assuming it was my mistake but then I saw I had confirmed the address on 3 different occasions. I asked the guy to cancel as I was just so frustrated but he said they would make it up to me. It was another hour wait (I get Farringdon to Camden is hard in traffic) so eventually was collected about 3.30pm. Given £20 off as a gesture. Expected more but I guess they still had to make some money on the job. Mistakes happen but this was just a really appalling experience from start to finish. Really poor and very disappointed with the service given how good the other reviews were would avoid if you can.

Great pre-service customer service, good communication on the day, super efficient team who worked like clockwork! Within an hour the two-person team was done with dismantling and removing a double-door wardrobe, chest of drawers and mattress. I will definitely use KwikSweep again.

KwikSweep are heroes! I had set a day aside to clear the loft of a London flat, and arrived to find that there was so much more there than I was able to deal with on my own. I called the office, and within 90 mins Fabio and Silver were at the door, ready to help. The loft was cleared within a few hours and for a really reasonable price, and the guys were helpful and polite. Highly recommended - literally couldn't have done it without you, thank you!
