The package that went missing…
I had ordered previously and the package never arrived. I emailed admin to cancel order and issue a refund which happened promptly.
Thereafter I re-ordered and the package arrived no problem.

Easy ordering from a clear website

Amazing! Books were brand new, and they arrived so quick!!! Given that it was before Ramadhan and they probably had so many orders, I am very happy that it came quickly.

Customer Service is exceptional
Customer Service is exceptional. I made a mistake by putting my address on the order, it took only moments on the phone for Kube to correct this. Books arrived in good condition and with free gifts.
