The weirdest and rudest customer service I have ever encountered
The weirdest and rudest customer service I have ever encountered. I contacted customer service on Whatsapp and asked a genuine question about two different suspension models for Xiaomi.
There were no descriptions on either one of them, other than a picture that had a slight aesthetical difference. Thinking the significant price difference probably was justified by a performance difference and/or compatibility limitations, I tried to ask customer service about it.
Here are some of the responses I got in return:
- Do you check the picture before ask about it?
- (...) do you think that they are two identical products?
- I have already given you the answer, I have told you to examine the photos, the difference is obvious...
- I'm not here to teach you how to find differences between photos...
And the grand finale:
- I'm glad you found the difference in the photo. a greeting...
- I am the owner of the business and your question is stupid... we sell to professionals, if you are not professional, contact one to guide you and teach you how to spot differences in a photo.
- I am going to ask you not to send me any more messages, contact a workshop so that they can advise you and answer your questions.
I am stunned, to say the least.
(Update: Don't worry, I will not buy or have anything to do with your store in the future. "Asking stupid questions for weeks" is a grossly false statement or a very misleading grammatical mishap at best. One question was asked 6.4.22 and another 25.04.22, where you for the most part were patronizing and rude.)

I really appreciate it, you made a mistake getting a support for MR1 V 1.0 and you tried to install it on the MR1 V2 suspension, so it's my fault that you are stupid and don't know how to differentiate the MR1 V1 suspension from the MR1 V2 and then break.
And thanks for not buying from our store anymore, if that's what we don't want: selling parts to scammers like you who break it and then try to blame us.

Update: the really funny thing is that they have closed the case in PAYPAL precisely because it is not the responsibility of the store that the customer mistakenly buys products that are not compatible with his suspension model and then breaks these products by forcing or trying to install them by force without see the manuals or tutorials first
And worse still, that you have broken the product...
Moral: if you make a mistake, you pay for this mistake...
You should not try to use paypal to make others pay for your mistakes.

es la segunda suspensión trasera que pido, y al igual que la otra llego genial, envio en 24h, y se nota que revisan el envio antes de mandarlo, lo recomiendo 100x100.
PD: El trato al cliente mediante WhatsApp es imcreible y da muchisima seguridad.

I have bought Monorim U5 pack for Ninebot Max G30. Ordered and paid on 03.09., shipment received on 29.09. = very fast considering the battery inside. Everything perfectly packed (as shown on the pictures), goods seem to be very good quality, perfect communication with the seller, fast replies - seller and product is recommended!!!

Kroxne.com are a leading escooter seller for a reason!
After a long Google search I decided to make a €1000 order with kroxne.com as there wasn't any one else who stocked EVERYTHING I needed.
The selection of items they have is amazing and very well priced.
They have a WhatsApp number you can speak to them on which they are so helpful, I was blown away by the level of customer service he gave me.
Never expected or experienced that before if I'm honest!!!
Due to covid and customs I did have to wait a while (6 weeks spain - uk)
But definitely worth it.
I would rate kroxne.com 12/10
Highly recommended and will definitely buy from again in the future.

The best assistant. Explained everything also he tested to put his stuff on his scooter to see results are good or not.
I bought the double air suspension 150mm for rear suspension MR1. He gave me very good suggestions and explained everything. Also he tested by himself on his scooter and send photo to me how it's gonna be after put it on.
And standard shipping to United Kingdom it was only 7 days ... Again 7 days so quick.

Absolutely fantastic shop
Absolutely fantastic shop. The delivery was extremely fast, the support is available around the clock and very very helpful. I got let down by other scooter shops, and kroxne went out of their way to explain in detail what I have to do during the installation process of certain parts. The quality of their products is top notch as well. Very satisfied customer here, will always come back 👍👍👍

Pricing wrong
Ordered 2x 80/65-6 tyres with shipping, payed with PayPal and after a few minutes after paying I get a message that the shipping cost has gone up from 14€ to 26€ and need to pay extra or the won´t ship the order.. Canceled just on principle.. Listed price should stand no "Bate and Switch".. Did get the money back after canceling the order so that is at least something.... =/

The worst customer service
The worst customer service, super aggressive and rude. I made a purchase of products worth 190 Euro, and on checkout I paid 90 Euro for shipping.
I missed a notice that was printed on the shipout becuase I was on my phone and in a hurry, it asked to call them on whatsapp to confirm shipping price.
So I got msg to call them at whatsapp, when I call they didn't answer, but ask me to "write". So I write, and the guy was so bloody rude, if I could post the whats app images here I would.
This shop has the most horrible customer service, trying to pinch me for more shipping because apparently their website calculating shipping does not work.
for 7 min this customer service dude patronized and was rude.
Definitely not recommended. He cancelled the order which was fine by me. I don't give my money to people who do not appreciate their customers enough to be polite when speaking with them.
*Edit, just seeing this guy's reply today and made me laugh, I msg'd him straight away, and literally there was no 36 hours waiting to hear from me. This guy who I assume owns the shop who replied for the shop is a pathological liar, and clearly by the aggressive tone he takes in some of his replies tells the story of this shop, buyer beware. His behaviour is psychotic.

He deliberately did not answer and we decided not to attend to his request. Then he threatened us by private message that he would give us a low rating.
Thank you for posting your false review, we canceled your order because you have not behaved properly and it was wasting us a lot of time.
