Had the best experience with Koski! I checked Reddit reviews before ordering to make sure they were legit and I was honestly impressed. They were so responsive via WhatsApp and the customer service was great. All the dresses came even more beautiful than the photos. I would highly recommend! It took around 2-3 weeks for the dresses to arrive so be patient, however they did come perfectly fitted as they tailor dresses to your desired length or fitting for free if you are an international customer. The one lehenga I asked they to alter, came PERFECTLY fitted. I am so pleasantly I will definitely be ordering from them again!

They deliver fast but at returns they will give lot of reasons. The quality of saree was sub par and I requested return immediately but they never picked up and now I left the hope. The policies are not good. Only sake of compliance they put return tab. Very disappointing.

The alterations at Koskii in Coimbatore needs to be better organized. We bought 3 sarees at Koskii and gave the blouses to stitch. When we went to get them they said they already gave it to us and we had to wait for an hour and then they found it. We also bought a lehanga and gave it for alterations- they sent it without any alterations. They are very disorganized and lose the receipts and every time we went to collect any item it took them an hour to find the items given for alterations
