Went with some friends after the cricket. Service was first class,food was excellent,atmosphere very pleasant.Would certainly go again.

Booked 8.30pm to collect meal from KormaSutra wasn't ready until 9.05pm. The food generally ok but not exactly as we ordered.

We went to korma Sutra to meet friends . It was absolutely lovely the meal was of very high standard and delicious.
The service was great and staff were very friendly .
I would fully recommend it.

Totally fabulous family-run restaurant. Had an amazing birthday meal there tonight and they made it hugely special with a helium balloon, chocolate cake, party poppers… they really went above and beyond and the food was - as always - completely delicious. Ridiculously well priced too. We were surprised at how modest the bill was. Thank you Korma Sutra!

We have just had a Wonderful meal / evening at the Kormasutra, great service, wonderful food and Very reasonable prices - we will be back soon to try the lamb! 😉😋😋

Food is delicious! I’ve tried quite a few curry houses now in Bridgford and in the city, but always end up back at here. Not sure what the previous reviews are about, but to give a bit of balance I have never experienced any problem in the years I’ve been going. The staff are super friendly too

Having been twice and thoroughly enjoyed the food, we decided to take 8 of our friends for a meal. The service was appalling - no main courses after 90 mins. Two of the guests were neglected in terms of taking their food order; I ordered a gin and tonic for the wife and they forgot about it; there were not enough menus or napkins on the table - we asked twice for them. The staff however well meaning and pleasant are woefully under trained and half the time didn't know what was what, didn't who ordered what. It was very painful. When asked why the delay over food we were told they were busy - I pointed out the restaurant was only half full. The response was "we have lots of takeaway orders"!! We were sitting there a table of 10 and apparently down the list of priorities. It's a shame, because when the food arrived on the whole it was good, but the service has put us off from going again. Competition is too severe not to go elsewhere. they should take the staff and have a meal at 7 Spice in keyworth who will show them how it should be done. Shame.

Was looking forwards to a good meal with family on Saturday eve after very positive feedback about KormaSutra. However our experience was anything but positive. Despite some large groups that evening, it took 90 mins after our orders and still no food. Complimentary nibbles/poppadums were not offered. We decided it was too late (23:30) to wait more and decided to leave. Not after a bit of controversy about the hygiene rating and poor customer service. Unfortunately we won't be going back. Customer service could be much improved.

First time at Korma Sutra Nottingham but also the last. After what started as a pleasant evening although the reservation was pushed back from 21:45 to 22:00 we were quickly seated.... 23:30 and still no food not even complimentary nibbles or form of compensation. Worse it appears a family member was in and out the kitchen without any hair net etc .... after raising this and deciding to leave, the restaurant manager "Kush" told us the restaurant was rated 5 stars and if we weren't happy we could leave and he showed us the door. I made sure he knew I was unhappy with his lack of customer service and attitude in front all the other diners (who had also been waiting 90 mins + for their food). He even pointed out they were regulars and it wasn't a problem for them. We won't be returning!
